Welcome to Sunshine Terrace. This is a home I built with my own hands. Every piece of furniture, every ornament chosen and placed by me. I've now opened the entire first floor to travelers from around the world.
Two ways to reach Ikebukuro
· Walk: ~11 min to Kita-Ikebukuro Stn · ~15 min to Ikebukuro Station
· Bicycle: ~5 min
The whole floor is yours. Private entrance, nothing shared. Two bedrooms, kitchen, washing machine, dedicated workspace, and free on-site parking. Sleeps 5.
Pets welcome 🐾 , a private ground-floor entrance makes coming and going easy, so your dog doesn't have to stay behind.
A quiet residential street. Tucked into a neighbourhood where you'll actually sleep well at night, with all of Ikebukuro's energy a few minutes away. You get both.

I chose this area because it perfectly balances the vibrant city energy with absolute tranquility. Although it's located right by a downtown transit hub, the city's hustle and bustle magically fade away the moment you turn into our residential street, creating a true hidden oasis. 🌿
Living here gives you a genuine taste of local life. In the mornings, sunlight filters through the tree-lined streets, accompanied by birdsong, and you are just a short walk away from all the local favorites. ☀️🥐 What I love most is this effortless rhythm, you can easily head out to explore the entire city by day, and return to a peaceful, green sanctuary at night. 🏙️🏡
Living here gives you a genuine taste of local life. You also get a rare touch of nature right in the city. The third floor features a beautiful courtyard garden that glows with solar lamps at night, creating a dreamy little oasis. 🪴✨ And if you love animals, you can even come up to the second floor to play with my pet bunny! 🐰
The layout is another big plus. You get complete privacy in your own independent suite on the first floor. However, since I live upstairs, you always have a local friend nearby if you ever want to chat or need recommendations. 👋
