About this property
5 Star Whole House - Victorian terrace Central London
Enjoy central London life in this beautiful 3 storey Victorian house and garden. Very close to the heart of London but in a quiet street, it has large living areas, a charming garden and views of the London Eye and a pretty square.
It is 20 minutes walk to the Houses of Parliament. The South Bank (30 mins), Shakespeare's Globe (30 mins), Covent Garden (45 mins) are also all in walking distance. There are good transport links with three underground stations in close proximity and numerous bus routes just a few minutes walk away.
There is an independent coffee store 2 minutes away, Walcot Stores, which serves fantastic coffee, stocks fresh bread, pastries and sandwiches and a lovely local traditional pub, The Ship, which accepts children to 8pm and serves great pizza.
Inside the house...
In the house, the sitting room is a bright open loft space at the top of the house with a sofa-bed, television and grand piano with views of the London Eye.
The open plan kitchen and dining room on the upper ground floor has a large dining table, pretty window seat and access to the garden.
In the garden there is another large table with benches and outdoor fairy lights for the evenings.
The large bathroom contains double sinks, toilet and separate bath and shower. There is an additional toilet in the house next to the third bedroom, and the 2 main bedrooms are on the lower ground floor.
Please be aware that this is a family home, and the property is over 150 years old.
