The Barn At Four Oaks (15 mins from Lakepoint)

A fabulous barn that is a hybrid between post & beam and timber framed massive structure. The living quarters upstairs is "studio" style but is a massive 736 square feet (16'X46'). Full bathroom with stunning "mother of pearl" inlaid shower. A full kitchen with sink, stove, microwave, ice maker, and under-counter fridge. The bedroom area is separated by beautiful tapestry type curtains. One queen bed and 2 full size couches. Very convenient to Lakepoint Sports Park (15 minutes away). Owner may access a shop building that is adjacent to the barn during your stay. There is an open staircase and upstairs has half walls that overlook downstairs. Could be dangerous for smaller children. The downstairs barn doors are NOT to be opened by overnight guests - these doors are for events only. Mowing & general landscape/property management task may be done during your stay between 9am & 5pm. 20 acres of land requires a lot of upkeep. We try to do it when the property is vacant but that is not always possible. If the sound of a mower or tractor for a few hours would bother you, this may not be the property for you. Video security cameras in use outside of the Barn.
