3 bedroom home set in a quiet no through road, amongst one of Melbourne’s most sought after inner city suburbs for shopping, dining, footy and live music - Richmond. This timber home provides space and a quiet place to relax, with its large sunlight filled lounge and dining area and private backyard. Sit back and relax with this spacious house in a very convenient location.
The space
Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and the third bedroom has a king single.
Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. Separate laundry and bathroom.
Easy parking in the street.
Walking distance to the MCG, Tennis Centre, the City or simply catch the tram in Bridge rd a few minutes walk away.
Please note - there is only one bathroom and the toilet is in the bathroom. Therefore for five adults, one bathroom can be a challenge. Please keep this in mind when booking for a group.
There is no wifi in the house.
