3 bedroom house light, airy and stylish house is located in one of Melbourne's most exciting inner city precincts. Full of colour, famous restaurants and cafes this suburb will deliver a great experience of Melbourne.

The location provides a great base for visiting other parts of Melbourne, being only 5 kms to the CBD, 3 kms to vibrant Fitzroy and 2 km to the iconic Carlton. Trams in either direction from the house will provide a real taste of Melbourne, taking you to the city as well as to famous St Kilda beach.

Located in a quiet safe street, the house is modern and comfortable. We have prepared it as we would like to have it ourselves.

Great place!

We were so happy with our stay here, the location was excellent with both a park at the end of the street and several great cafes within walking distance. The actual house was well equipped and very comfortable for everyone, down to the pillows not being flat pancakes!! Would absolutely recommend this place to families and small groups

Great for the dog!

At the end of the street is a dog friendly park with cafe on corner. Home has all you need for a comfortable stay. Enough room to move about or "hide" on the lounge upstairs. There is one bedroom and bathroom on ground floor which was helpful for guest with stair issues.

Perfect Stay

Brilliant location close to restaurants and transport. Loved staying here and great sharing with friends as we had two bathrooms. A must for girls. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in East Brunswick.

Easy stay, close to public transport, and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. A nice family style home to spend down time in when we weren’t enjoying the tennis etc. We found it very comfortable and would happily book again. Quiet neighbourhood.

There were 4 adults and 4 children in our group and this property suited us ideally. The facilities and inclusions were excellent and the location, with shops and restaurants within an easy walk made for an enjoyable stay. The instructions provided by the host, Sue, were clear and concise and communication with her prior to arrival were great. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again.

Great Location

4 of us stayed for 1 week. location was excellent, with some great eateries only 500 meters away on Lygon Street and 2 breweries nearby. Pope Joan on Nicholson for breakfast also. House was comfortable and well presented, and the street was peaceful. nice backyard courtyard to relax with a cup of tea when the sun was out Would recommend and stay again.

Really fabulous location new cafes a big park and oval as well as supermarket. Lovely community. House was perfect. Really great that a cot and high chair could be provided as it made flying with our one year old a lot easier.

A Brunswick Gem

The house and its facilities were perfect for our purpose (reunion/wedding in Melbourne). We found the property homely and charming and fantastically located in amongst the gems of brunswick (cafes and restaurants). We did not face any issues or come across any problems during our stay. Sue's communication had been excellent throughout. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and strongly recommend!

This property has a lovely feel to it. Having three bedrooms makes it ideal for groups of couples and families. It is spacious and allows people to have their own space - two living areas and the three bedrooms are not in close proximity to each other - one is downstairs and the other two are at different ends of the upstairs space separated by a bathroom and small living area.

What makes this property unique

The space is also ideal for groups who have older members or those who find stairs difficult because downstairs has a bathroom including toilet and queen bedroom along with kitchen and living space.
