Guests will be full access to our side of duplex. Relax and unwind after a fantastic day in the mountains.

Other things to note
For hygiene reasons, you must have covers on the pillows, beds and doona covers.

There are 11 steps to enter the house with hand rails on both sides and a similar number of steps to get up to the third level.

There is no barricades for the stairs or fireplace.

Strictly no pets.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Within reason, we expect that the place is left essentially in the same state as it was found otherwise extra costs may be incurred.
Please load any used crockery and cutlery in the dishwasher and put ot on a 60 min cycle.
Place the spare set of keys back in the fruit bowl and place the yellow tag keys back in the safebox. Scramble the code as you leave please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
