What a lovely apartment! It was very clean, had all of the right amenities and was a very quiet place which was nice for getting work done while I was there! The host was quick to respond when I reached out, and I will definitely stay there again when in the area!

Lovely, clean and attractive rental--exactly as pictured. Great kitchen for cooking--fully equipped and with storage, new washer/dryer, sizable and pleasant living room and bedroom. Air-conditioning top notch. Location is close to grocery store, terrific cafe/restaurants (Provisions South, Xicha Brewing).

Comfortable, aesthetic, well designed space in convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay here! The perfect amount of space for us and our two boys (13 & 8). Kitchen was spacious, easy to work in, and a nice gathering place. Living room was cozy. Master bed comfy. A/C worked beautifully. Great location for activities at UO, Amazon pool, and Raptor Center. Aesthetic, clear & clean, well designed, nicely decorated. We also appreciated no strong scents. Perfect landing spot for a small family enjoying Eugene!

Great place for a couple in SE Eugene

This place and its location was perfect for us. Everything in the unit is in brand new condition and incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, laundry, and toiletries. We will seek this unit out the next time my wife and I are visiting Eugene. One easily mitigable thing to consider is that there is a skylight in the bedroom. Bring a sleep mask with you if you are not an early riser.

This is my new favorite stay in Eugene! It's a great location for visiting my UofO student - convenient to campus and restaurants, etc. The skylights and private patio made it cheerful and bright, and it was comfy for hanging out during downtimes. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the host even had snacks and drinks. So thoughtful! Communication, check in and out was all easy. The house has AC, which will be great for visiting in warmer months. The shower was spacious with great water pressure. Looking forward to many more visits in the future!
