the house was easy to access, with all the information provided to enter & access the provided amenities. smaller than expected, but still enough space to move around - would not have any more than 4 occupants here.

Loved our stay at Serendipity Stays. Convenient location on a quiet little street. Check in was effortless and loved the keyless access. The place was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Loved the dual washer and dryer, the outdoor patio area, the ducted air con and the TV and sound bar in the living room and master bedroom. Would definitely book again!

We stayed at Serendipity Stayz in Jervis Bay, managed by Professional Holiday Homes. The place was clean, but it’s an older renovated house and we ran into a few issues. It was hard to contact the agent, there were cockroaches, some outdated biscuits left behind, and the washing machine wasn’t working, which was inconvenient while travelling with kids. The location is also very residential with no shops or takeaways within walking distance, so you need a car for everything. Overall, it felt quite overpriced for what was offered.
