The house is beautiful and well-appointed, and was perfect for our 17-person family gathering across the generations. The listing pictures of the home and property are accurate, and the house is very conveniently located near provisions. The ABOVE team handled all the logistics perfectly, and the house manager was fantastic. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the weekend, Many thanks!

The property and home were amazing! check in and out were done quickly. Property manager made everything easy and communicated very well. Pool was amazing, home is beautiful. There were 13 adults and 3 little kids and we all had enough space. Upstairs was a little warm but the rest of the home was very comfortable.

This was such an oasis. Great pool area! Great kitchen to enjoy friends and family. ABOVE offers professional personalized services that are above and beyond what I expected. Spencer was our personal conceive for the trip. He came daily and cleaned up the kitchen a bit - took out trash, and picked up items for us if needed. He ordered and picked up a birthday cake for my friend. I had a couple of friends forget their swim trunks. Spencer went and bought swim trunks. ABOVE was awesome to work with from booking through the stay. They recommended a chef for our stay. Great idea! Thank you.!

Perfect for a Family Retreat

Our Family had an incredible week at the property. We had four generations of our family there and everyone loved it.PROS: Family Room - 10 (Great for movie watching. Kids loved Large Bean chair)Kitchen - 10 (Chef Brother-In-Law was even impressed)Master Bedroom - 10 with bonus points for the showerPool - 10 (Excellent!)Game Room - 10 (Ms Pacman pleasant surprise)Screen Porch - 10 - But too Hot to really enjoy during our stay - outdoor fans were nice to have during bbqNeighborhood -10 You get the feeling of being isolated with no neighbors in viewBonus - The host left us some nice welcoming gifts. ABOVE service was truly Above and Beyond (Levi) - In addition to all the services he provided during the week - We left a kids swimming suit behind after checking out and they brought it out to the hotel in Nashville where we were spending the following weekend. (Above & Beyond!!)CONS:- No King mattress in MBR was surprising.- Surround sound speakers throughout were incredible but it took some trial and error to figure out how to use them.Overall 10/10The Week was truly a blessing!!
