INSIDE THE HOUSE

Arrive through a spacious cul-de-sac and walk up the wide front staircase to the main entrance.

The main floor opens into a spacious gathering area with hardwood and tile flooring throughout. It features a large living room, open kitchen, primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a large balcony near the kitchen, and a spacious front deck.

The living area includes a 75-inch TV above an elegant fireplace, comfortable sectional seating with reclining seats, an additional sofa, and a coffee table. A large dining table seats approximately 12 guests, with room for up to 16 when expanded.

The gourmet kitchen is designed for group meals and entertaining, featuring granite countertops, a large galaxy-black granite island with seating for four, white cabinetry, and full-size stainless-steel appliances, including a stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Upstairs, guests will find a quieter sleeping area with a large rear balcony. There are four bedrooms on the upper floor, including two bedrooms with two queen beds each. A stackable washer and dryer is conveniently located in an upstairs closet.

On the ground floor, three additional en-suite bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, provide added privacy and convenient accommodations after a night out in Nashville.

PRIVATE HIBACHI EXPERIENCE

Make your Nashville stay even more memorable with an optional private hibachi experience provided by local restaurant Norbu Teppanyaki.

A professional hibachi chef can come directly to the property and prepare your meal onsite with live teppanyaki cooking and chef entertainment. It is a fun option for birthdays, family reunions, bachelor and bachelorette groups, business gatherings, and other special celebrations.

The experience can include fried rice, hibachi vegetables, side salad, and your choice of proteins such as chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, scallops, filet mignon, lobster tail, or tofu.

Advance reservation and an additional fee apply. The hibachi experience is provided separately by Norbu Teppanyaki and is not included in the accommodation price.
