Amazing property and host! We had a big crew in town for a wedding and didn’t want to split up into hotel rooms. This huge house had plenty of space (and bathrooms) for everyone. We were even able to put out of town friends in the separate apartment. The house was in great condition and better stocked than most other houses we’ve rented in Nashville. Location is great and convenient. Host even offered to arrange an at-home Hibachi meal/show for us. Didn’t have time on this trip, but looking forward to our next big gathering. 5 Star recommendation.

Had a great experience here! Host was very accommodating for early check in/late check out as our group had a wide variety of arrival/departure times. Plenty of space for a large group and love that there are bathrooms in each bedroom. Clean and everything worked as expected. We had to contact the host via phone a few times and he was very responsive.

Listing shows 11 bedrooms. House only has 8. Sent the host a message about this and they never responded. I read another review that says they had the same problem. Other than that the house was very nice.
