Decorative and Spacious

Had a great visit here with family. Played dominos, cards and watched movies. Once we got our groceries we had everything we needed without leaving. The decorations are beautiful with great art work, spacious and clean.

The space was as advertised, although entry was a little bit difficult to access. The loft is very cool and large, with furniture that is more industrial than comfortable. (Think electic and artsy - not cushy and warm) open concept showers looked cool but were chilly! There were delicious restaurants within walking distance. Check out the state theater for events! We found a cool fashion show! Coffee Expressions was super great (there are limited mugs in the home if you make your own.) We presumed downtown is likely really fun in warm weather. We were here in fall and it was a bit deserted. Drive to Yellow Springs for fun shopping. It would’ve been cool to know some history of the loft building. Hiking at Cedar Cliff Falls was gorgeous!

I am not happy with this stay. The fees alone were more than 1/3 of cost for a two night stay. The area is very dirty rough. The check in process is a nightmare. We still have never got a phone call back… glad we got in. Sink in kitchen is leaking, sink in bathroom falls off, hallway/stairway is disgusting. Barbed wire along the fence when you get there. Long list of wants when you checkout, but not near enough info on how the heck to get in. 5 different boxes everywhere between from and back. So just so you know, there is a a couple of black lock boxes on the back hand railing. Use the one right in front of the back door. We will not be staying here or anywhere that Evolve is involved with. Still no communication with them.

From the owner: We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We are available for all our guests and are only a phone call away. We did not have any missed calls or messages from you during your stay. - The bathroom sink is mounted to the wall and is very sturdy unless someone sat on it. We will check for damages. - The lock box is in the back, and it's black with a cover over the numbers. We will put a red sticker on it so that it can be identified immediately. - The wire is at the next building because it is being renovated, this is for safety purposes. - We were not aware of the leak in the kitchen and will have it repaired immediately. - The hallways are cleaned by someone from the building association.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
