This house will make you feel at home with the full comfort of a relaxing getaway. Close to everything but private and quiet& newly added Hot -tub spa and Day-bed with full bed & twin bed downstairs in livingroom . You could walk to several dining spots in a 1 mile radius or ride a bike.🚲 Buck Creek State park is minutes away as is the Clark County fair grounds , Yellowsprings ( Home to Dave Chappelle & Antioch College ) nearby is Cedarville University and Wittenberg University (Springfield) Wright- Patterson Airforce Base is 21 miles or 35 mins exactly from the house . SPRINGFIELD-Splash Zone great for outdoor family fun in the sun. Veterans park has outdoor free concerts Wednesday thru Sunday night starting at 8pm . Downtown Columbus is 40 mins away. " Newly Added Hot tub Jacuzzi & EV/ Electric Vehicle charger " Security cameras are in front of house front door doorbell back. Porch and garage for enhance safety..

Great place to stay!!! We were in town for the Clifton Mill Christmas Lights and hopped over to Columbus to CoSi. Easy access to surrounding attractions. The house was spacious and clean. The hot tub was great to relax in after a long day. Worked great as home base for the family.

Such an amazing house. We’ve stayed in many rentals and this one, by far, was the cleanest and nicest. Rooms were huge. Beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Close and convenient to shopping and food. We visited the Air Force Museum and Clifton Mills for their Christmas Lights. It was awesome. We’ll be back this summer to enjoy the weather! Thank you so much!

Second year staying at the property. The location was much quieter than last year and we had no issues with the area. Love the proximity to coffee (2 mins), grocery (4 mins) and Grandpa Joe's candy emporium store (8 mins). House was clean and we appreciate the stocked items made available. Wifi Internet didn't appear to be working but we don't really use it during our stay.
