The Neighborhood:
This cabin is located right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, just steps from the famous Old Mill District. You can walk to beloved spots like The Old Mill Restaurant and The Pottery House Café, or browse the dozens of nearby shops and attractions just outside your door. Walk to the Parkway in minutes, or stay put and enjoy the peaceful riverfront views from the deck. The Little Pigeon River runs directly behind the cabin, offering a relaxing soundtrack for your stay.
Getting Around:
You truly don’t need to drive much here. While having a car is helpful for day trips to nearby areas or the national park, you can walk to a wide range of attractions, dining spots, and shopping destinations. Everything in the Old Mill District is just steps away, and The Parkway is right around the corner. Still, we recommend 4x4 drive when traveling anywhere in the Smoky Mountains—especially in rainy or winter conditions.
Other Things to Note:
• Guests must be 21 or older to book this cabin.
• This cabin sleeps up to 6 guests maximum.
• Flat, paved access with parking available for up to 2 vehicles.
• 4x4 drive recommended for travel within the Smoky Mountains region, especially in poor weather.
• Gas fireplace is seasonal and operates approximately October through March, depending on weather.
• Coffee not provided—please bring grounds or K-Cups. The Keurig machine accepts both.
• A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent is provided.
• This location is unbeatable—right on the river and in the middle of downtown! Note: attractions like go-karts are nearby and can occasionally be heard from the deck.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

We absolutely loved the location! You are able to walk to several stores and restaurants nearby at the Old Mill area. The cottage was clean and stocked well. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The hot tub with the view of Little Pigeon River was so relaxing. The loft in this cottage is adorable and roomy! The master bedroom has a wonderful view. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this cottage. The communication once booking began was very pleasant and simple.

Thank you very much for your kind words. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the location, the cottage’s comfort, and the relaxing hot tub with the river view. We had such a wonderful stay. The location truly could not have been better. We were close to everything, yet the cabin still felt relaxing. One of our favorite parts of the trip was being able to walk to The Old Mill Cafe for supper. It made the whole experience feel cozy and convenient without having to get back in the car after a long day of exploring. The setting around the cabin was beautiful, and my husband especially enjoyed watching the geese nearby. Those little moments made the stay feel even more special and memorable.

Thank you for your kind words. We’re glad the location and peaceful setting added to your experience, and it’s great to hear you enjoyed the convenience of nearby spots like The Old Mill Cafe. We hope to welcome you back again sometime.
Pros: Location, walk to Old Mill and other shops and restaurants, Very clean.Cons: Gocarts right across river in your backyard. Trees block the view, but you can hear very plainly the carts and instructions over and over. So sitting on back porch, sitting at river or getting in hot tub is a no.

Thank you for your review. We're glad you appreciated the location and cleanliness. We understand the noise from the gocarts affected your time outdoors and appreciate you sharing your experience.
We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Patriot’s Park. The negatives would be the limited number of towels and washcloths and having a go cart course behind the property, making it impossible to enjoy the back porch or hot tub.
For a getaway, me and my wife stayed here for our anniversary! Great location! Just minutes from anything in Pigeon Forge! Very close to the Old Mill village!
The cottage was beautiful and decorated very tastefully! Excellent location! We were able to take the trolly from Patriot park, down the street from our cottage to Dollywood. It’s within walking distance to several shops and restaurants.
My best friend and I decided to have a girls night, and we chose this wonderful cottage. It is absolutely gorgeous and walking distance to the Ole Mill. Hot tub was fantastic and we are already planning to book again.
This property is great! Check-in & check-out was effortless. The cabin was adorable and felt like home away from home. It is conveniently located to EVERYTHING! We will definitely book this one again.
My husband and I loved the cottage, it has everything you need for relaxing getaway. You can't beat the location, the cleanliness and the amenities. The hottub was clean and the riverview was a cherry on top. Thanks!
Do not hesitate! This charming little house was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway to the mountains. The location cannot be beat. You’re walking distance to the Old Mill Village that has all you need for a relaxing, fun day. The home itself is supremely clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub and the porches. The bed was comfy and the living room was so cozy! Thank you for the memories!
The cottage was cozy.
Dining ware was available.
The location was quiet and close to many things.
Easy access to the river walk that connects to the Island.
Host responded to questions in a timely manner.
We had an enjoyable stay.
Couldn’t be more convenient for walking to amazing restaurants and cute shops. Bonus…at 9:40 pm each night, we sat on front porch and watched Dollywood Fireworks from our rocking chairs. Would recommend a spot to hang clothes in loft sleeping area.
