Beautiful home away from home!

This home was perfect for our five week stay while my husband was working here. It had ample room for our family to spread out and relax. The house was perfectly clean on arrival and had everything we needed. The check in process was very simple and contactless. Steph and Adrian were model hosts and their communication was spot on. We will definitely be booking again

We and two young neighbours couldn't work the TV - no response to the messages we left requesting assistance. Had to rent bedlinen & towels at a cost & retrieve them from outside the real estate office. We are old & had trouble lifting them. One thin roll of toilet paper, one coffee satchel, two sugars for a 3 day stay.Custommer service clearly not a priority.

Hi Jan. We're extremely disappointed to read your review. At no point did you make any contact with us after you recieved the check in information. Nor did you reply to our correspondence via the platform. Perhaps you stayed at the wrong address? ALL bed linen and 2 full sets of towels (20 towels) were provided to guests of our home. As we do not deal through a real estate, we are intrigued as to where you sourced the bedlinen and towels in Tannum Sands. This is not a service local real estates offer. Our home boasts 3 toilets and therefore a minimum of 6 toilet rolls for your 3 day stay, with your dog. Tea, Coffee and sugar are stocked and provided in the pantry.
