Beach Get Away

Staying at this property was a wonderful retreat. It's minutes from the beach and walkable to restaurants, a market and coffee shops. With a pool and two hot tubs, one with spectacular views we truly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Dana Point Condo

This a beautiful condo located in an ideal setting. The condo itself had everything we needed for a truly perfect vacation. The location was perfect; only 5 minuets to Monarch Beach and golf nearby. The owner of the property could not have more helpful and responsive to any question or need we had. This property is a real gem! and our experience was was so great, we will be returning again next year!

A special property

We have stayed in many vacation rentals in this area for our month long annual vacation. This one has been the best. This unit is positioned such that is catches a wonderful sea breeze right through the front door. The unit is well equipped, comfortable, and a nice size. A great back patio. The best streaming tv setup we have had. The complex is gated, guarded and well maintained. Adequate parking, which is unusual in a beach area. A great walk to the beautiful salt creek beach. The host, Mary Ann, was outstanding. Immediately reaponded to our inquiries with helpful information. We will definitely be back!

Perfect in all ways!

Great location!

Loved the location of this condo! The king size bed was comfortable as was the surrounding space. The condo was well supplied and the managers were very responsive. The unit needs some upgrading as it's beginning to show its age.

The outdoor furniture is high quality vintage wicker. Occasionally the landscapers blow dust and debris from sidewalks that lands on our outdoor spaces. Very sorry you didn't mention the cleaning issue to us during your stay. Our on-site manager would have immediately remedied this issue. We gave a discount because your family lives in our neighborhood but that shouldn't have deterred you from sharing your concerns.

A great location and comfortable place

I used the condo as a home base for working remotely while in OC for business. Dana Point is a great area is Salt Creek Beach is one of the best in the area. The condo was the perfect size for me as a single individual "working from home" during the day and I have already made plans to return. Dale (owner) was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean, well maintained, tastefully furnished and had all the basic supplies one would expect. The only very minor issue other potential guests might consider is distance to the beach. It is about a 15-20 min walk from the condo (cutting through the golf course) to get to the beach. Personally I enjoyed this walk and did it almost every evening after work, but others might find it cumbersome.

Great Long Term Stay

My mother in law stayed here for a month while her new home was being finished and it was a very comfortable and lovely stay for her. We live close to the unit and so it was nice for her to have her own quiet get away. The owners and manager were very responsive and kind. Would recommend to all.
