Overall we enjoyed our stay. Floors, bathrooms, countertops, etc, were clean. Linens were adequate. Location and parking were excellent. Home itself needs some maintenance. Water flowed non stop from water filtration system in the back. Gutters are full of debris. Shower handle barely hanging on in shared bathroom. Trash drawer needs replaced. Gaps in flooring in kitchen.

Very Nice property. We spent a lot of.time on the dock and met the neighbors who were very friendly. There is only one boat rental place but we did try them for a day and a half. We caught quite a few fish off the dock. Found some decent restaraunts around. Went and found some Alligators. Had an armadillo the first night in the backyard and some.deer the last night. My son proposed to his girlfriend here so I'm sure it's a place he will always remember.

House is nice, plenty of rooms. Kitchen lay out was great. Our stay was excellent, just a suggestion I wish the house has a recliner chair. My husband has a bad lower back and it's hard for him to sit those couches. But our stay was great and we had a great time plus the baby fox welcome us that evening when we got there, after that night they were nowhere to be found. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

The property was emasculate and very well maintained and exactly what we were looking for for our spring break for 3 generations of our family. Nice fishing pier, play room, sun room, deck, gas grill, fire pit, and very good living, kitchen, dining area with plenty of seating. I can't complement Amanda, our property contact, enough. She is very pleasant. She maintained the property very well, was easy to contact, and she responded promptly with answers to my questions.

Nowlin Family Trip 2025

We made plans to go bass fishing on Lake Fork and came across this BnB. It was perfect size, had plenty of space for everyone, and very accommodating. The location was peaceful and very beautiful. While sitting out on the patio we watch a Doe nurse her Fawn, and had a couple deer hang out around the campfire that night with us. We had a great weekend and caught a bunch of fish. The hosts were amazing! We had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived and they were quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

The house is large and spacious. Communication is great from the property manager. Plenty of sitting room for everyone. Plenty of games. Needed more cooking mixing bowls or some Tupperware for left overs. Some attention to detail is lacking. The yard needed to be mowed. The dock was full of cob webs and dirty. The inside trash drawer is broken, the ice maker does not work and neither does the fire place.
