About this property

Enjoy all day sun at this lovely corner section crib. With glimpses of river and sea views, it is the perfect spot for families or friends to enjoy. It is only a short stroll to the river mouth or beautiful Campbells Bay beach.

Sit back and relax in a welcoming space for you and your family/friends. A fenced area out one side of the property for you to Bar-b-Que (Summer only) and soak up the last of the days sun. One bedroom has a Queen size bed, second one has a Double and the third has 3 single beds. All new carpet throughout makes it lovely underfoot and feels warm in the cooler months.

Spend the day at the beach, skim stones on the river, or if you are lucky, spot a seal. Take a walk through the short cut track along the river and over the bridge to purchase some Kakanui Tomatoes or enjoy an ice cream from the Kakanui store. Oamaru is only a short 20minutes drive and a must see is our wonderful Precinct area that takes you back in time with its wonderful buildings and Steam Punk vibes.

Why they chose this property

I grew up in this area and have continued to come back numerous times a year as I have family living in the area. I love to swim and walk the beach and enjoy the never-ending scenes as the weather dictates your views.
