A great location for family and group gatherings with everything you need in one very private location (fenced and gated)

This is a 380m2 sprawling home situated on a very private site consisting of 5 bedrooms (can be six), 3 Bathrooms (master with ensuite), 5 toilets, tennis court, large lawn and outdoors area for a game of croquet (provided).

The large lounge and kitchen (65m2) are situated in the centre of the home with a log burner and commerical heatpump. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking up a storm or entertaining with drinks and nibbles - very well equipped).

The conservatory leads you out to a large private covered outdoor entertaining area with heating, cooking facilities and seating. There are numerous other spaces to hang out and enjoy. Well fenced and secure with gates. The garage hosts gym equipment and a table tennis table as well as an indoor space to entertain with seating and warmth. Sky TV including movie and sports channels in both the lounge and the master (separate boxes).

This is a very warm home in summer and winter!

Happy to accept pets. The cleaning fee is non negotiable and all LINEN IS SUPPLIED!!!
