*PET POLICY*
• Rules for Dog Friendly:
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $ 100 per stay per dog
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from previous Airbnb experience.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.

*NOISE*
Please respect the peace and quiet of our community. Parties are prohibited. The volume of music and voices must be reasonable, especially in the evening. We have a decibel meter; rest assured, the device does not record conversations.

*BBQ*
If you wish to access the area in winter, it is your responsibility to clear the snow; a shovel will be on site.

*TOWELS*
Bath towels are provided. Please bring your own towel for the spa, the pool and the sauna.

*WINTER COMFORT*
Starting in mid-September, we recommend bringing your slippers during the cold season for maximum comfort
