With the flexibility of 3 living rooms and 3 bedrooms, the possibilities at this property are endless! Sleeps up to 6 people
This property is sitting on a large block, allowing for parking spaces for up to 6 vehicles, don’t leave your boat/caravan at home as it will fit too!

Built over two levels, the ground level holds the following:
- Bathroom – Bath, Shower & Toilet
- Laundry – Washing Machine & Clothesline
- Extra toilet and Vanity
- Living 1– TV, couch and Wood Fire Heater
- Kids Living – Desk and an Abundance of Kids Games
- Dining – Dining Setting for up to 6 Guests.
- Kitchen - Cook Top and Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge, Toaster, Kettle, coffee machine and all the essentials for cooking.
- Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed, Cot and Changing Table
- Bedroom 2 – Tri-bunk, Single Bed and Trundle

The second level holds the following:
- Master Bedroom – Queen Bed, Walk in Robe & Ensuite
- Living area – Fold out Couch and Small Kitchen
- Deck – Outdoor lounges and glimpse of the ocean!

The home benefits with split system heating and cooling upstairs, an abundance of off-street parking as well as Wi-Fi for all guests to enjoy during their stay.

Booking for Xmas/New Year Period? From the 19th December 2025 to the 16th January 2026, we will be running 7 night minimum bookings with arrival and departure dates being Friday to Friday. The weeks will be as follows:

o Week 1 – Friday 19th December to Friday 26th January
o Week 2 – Friday 26th January to Friday 2nd January
o Week 3 – Friday 2nd January to Friday 9th January
o Week 4 – Friday 9th January to Friday 16th January
