Afterward, explore the vibrant charm of Main Street Chatham, located a little over two miles down the road, where you’ll find an array of delightful restaurants, boutiques, and the beloved Chatham Candy Manor for a sweet indulgence.

Overall the house was great and larger than expected from the photos. Nice easy walk to the beach in a beautiful neighborhood.Beds were comfortable.Only issue is the upstairs bedrooms have shutter doors which stick and are loud, and the piping of hot and cold water is reversed in upstairs bathroom we almost scalded ourselves!

The property is in a great location, the amenities were nice. Our biggest challenge were the amount of insects that were throughout the property. It was very noticeable in most of the rooms. Despite keeping doors and windows shut there was an inordinate amount of insects. Not what we would have expected for a rental at this price point, this coming from long time Chatham renters (7 years). To be fair the owners did try to accommodate by sending over a service. We did not feel like living in a sprayed environment during our stay.
