Another enjoyable stay in Dead Man’s Flats. Canmore is just down the road; a quiet location as a result and well-appointed accommodations. Tat and Charmaine are amiable hosts who are attentive to answering messages to ensure a positive experience. A great fall, weekend stay.

absolutely loved how warm and cozy it was, booked the trip to celebrate my birthday in the mountains and this place was amazing!! it had everything needed and the hosts were absolutely amazing!! the hot tub was out of order and the hosts went above and beyond to say sorry by leaving tickets for the hot springs!! definitely would come back!! beautiful views as well

Fabulous place

To be honest, I don't want to say how wonderful this place is as I want to keep this treasure all to myself!I don't want to talk about the comfortable bed and all the wonderful extra amenities that are thoughtfully placed around the condo. I don't want to share that we are already planning our return. This is a place you 100% want to stay at. The hosts are fabulous and have obviously gone the extra mile with this property. The host even made sure the weather was nice for us!

We love the outdoors, and what better place than to be in the mountains and fresh air. We wanted to share our little hideaway with others and experience the fabulous Rocky Mountains. We feel privileged to be able to host people from around the world.

Why they chose this property

We had no idea, that this little paradise existed and found it by luck one day while exploring the area. We had friends tell us about the resort and the more we looked into the area, the more we loved it. Its close enough to Banff and Canmore, but far enough away to be quiet and secluded from the business of Banff and Canmore. We initially thought we could own and share with family and some friends, when a friend suggested we also share with guests who were looking for options away from the typical hotel rooms and expensive rates. We hope our guests enjoy our little piece of paradise, as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

We took great pride, time and energy to make our little hideaway a place we love and hope others will love too. Its not your typical hotel/short term rental, but a cozy place to use as a base for exploring, or as a retreat to come back and relax in at the end of a long day of hiking or skiing. We have tried to think of little extras that would make a guest experience perfect and hope those that stay, will come back and share their experience with family and friends. In short, we wanted our home to be your home, for your time in the Canadian Rockies.
