Brand New Mountain Condo with Stunning Views from 3rd Floor

Luxury 6 Person Mountain Condo in Beautiful Spring Creek, Canmore.
South Facing 3rd Floor Condo (1100 sq. ft.) unit allows for lots of natural light and has a gourmet kitchen to cook some great meals as a family, wrap around + private master deck for majestic views of Ha Ling and 3 Sisters Mountains.
Just minutes walk from downtown through the Spring Creek path system.
Bedroom #1 has a King Bed and spa like full ensuite with stand up shower, soaker tub, and 2 sinks.
Bedroom #2 has Queen Bed and 50" TV.
Living Room has a pull out sofa and 2 chairs and beautiful fireplace to relax after a long day of skiing or hiking.
Dining Room has table with seating for 6, there are 3 stools at the Kitchen counter as well.
Kitchen has all state of the art appliances with induction range and hood fan.
There are 2 separate decks. First one off the dining room is a wrap around face SW with a Weber Natural Gas BBQ and 2 Adirondack chairs to keep the chef company. 2nd deck is off the master bedroom with 4 Adirondack chairs to enjoy a beautiful sunset over the Rockies. Many blankets to keep you warm on a cool night.
Parking has 1 heated underground stall with a storage bin and easy access to elevators. Additional parking on the street if needed.
Hot Tub and Workout Room located on 1st floor.

Fabulous in every Way!!

Chris & Andrea's condo is just ideal!! So tastefully appointed, bright, clean and new!! Not to mention the spectacular view from the 3rd floor!! Location is super convenient to just about anywhere you'd want to visit in the area. Would very highly recommend!!

This incredible condo in Canmore’s Spring Creek community offers stunning views of the Three Sisters mountains, luxury, and unbeatable convenience. From the spotless, modern design to the high-end appliances and well-equipped kitchen, everything felt like home.The location is ideal—just a short drive to Banff, Sunshine, and Lake Louise, or an easy walk to downtown Canmore’s fantastic restaurants. Great location near downtown

The place was wonderful. Nice facility with easy access to downtown. The community hot tub was a little hot, but that probably got people out of it quicker for others to use.

Perfect spot!

Pefect spot for our family of 4. Plenty of space for our teens with nice extras like pantry staples and access to the gym and hot tub. The huge balcony is a front row seat to all the scenery. Just a short walk to all the fun in town!

Amazing Stay

We visited for my son’s graduation present from North Carolina and it surpassed expectations. The location is amazing and you can walk right into town. The place is clean. The views are amazing and couldn’t have asked for a better better place.

It was Great !!

Our stay was great… the place was immaculate and modern. There were 2 couples and each had a bedroom and bath. Easy to get to with lots of amenities nearby. Thanks again for the welcome bottle of wine. Loved this place.
