This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a wonderful place to make some great vacation memories! Easy fit for a family of 5 up to max. 7 guests, or a friends getaway!! This quiet, yet convenient location is close to the amenities that Canmore has to offer. Step outside to walking trails, visit the quaint downtown area to shop or check out any number of fabulous restaurants.

Modern Canadiana decor and charm throughout, our condo is 950 sf. We face the interior of our complex. Bedrooms are cozy with stylish and comfortable modern mountain decor. Snuggle in under fresh, crisp linens.

The Master bedroom has a luxurious King size bed and Ensuite Bath, a ceiling fan and black-out drapery ensures your comfortable sleep. There is a TV for guests’ enjoyment.

The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bottom/Twin top bunk bed, which works well and is fun for both kids or adults alike!! This bedroom also features a TV and black-out draperies. Both the Master Ensuite and the Main Bath has a full tub/shower surround. After a busy day on the slopes or hiking, hit one of three outdoor hot tubs.

The Living Room is filled with Canadiana love!! There’s a new TV and a Queen Size Sofabed. Curl up next to the Gas fireplace with a good book and a glass of wine for some well-deserved R & R. The console holds a bunch of games for the kids and family fun!! We are pleased to provide new (April 2026) Central A/C for those few warm days we get in the summer months. The AC units are located in the Living Room, Master Bdrm, and the 2nd Bdrm—ensuring the maximum cooling comfort for all guests.

A fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for your home-away-from-home. Beautiful granite countertops, and Stainless Steel appliances for cooking up a meal if you wish.

The east-facing balcony is perfect to enjoy morning sun and a hot cup of coffee. The balcony features a natural gas BBQ should you want to grill up dinner. The outdoor pool is in easy view while you bbq for your hungry gang enjoying a swim! Or easier yet, take a walk downtown after swimming to explore many of Canmore’s amazing restaurants!

Steps across to our complex’s Main Building & Lobby, you will find the year-round heated pool and hot tub. So much fun for families travelling with kids...or just chilling with your friends on the patio lounge chairs on a sunny summer day. The outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs within the complex are open year round to enjoy during any season.

There is In-Suite Laundry (washer/dryer) for your convenience.

Our condo and complex are a great place to base out of while exploring Canmore and the gorgeous surroundings of Banff National Park.

Please Note: For any guests reserving last minute and checking in on the same day, we may need to adjust your Check-in time, dependant on the season and our cleaning staff calendar. If this is a concern, please message us prior to booking to confirm.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out time is BEFORE 11:00 am. Our team is scheduled to come in at 11 am. :)
Take all garbage and recycling out to the Waste/Recycling area upon check-out. This is located at the end of the very long hallway in Grizzly Bldg. **see signs in Grizzly lobby.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must Check Out BEFORE 11 am. Our team is scheduled @11 am to prepare for our next guests. *$150 CDN min. for delayed departure after 11 am.
Guests must remove all garbage/recycling to 2nd Floor Garbage Area. Min. $75 Cdn fee will be charged if garbage and recycling are not removed.
No Skis, Bikes, or Snowboarding Equipment allowed in unit or on balcony. Bike racks available in Underground Parkade. Bring own lock.

Such a clean and comfortable stay for our family of 4. Very comfy beds, and the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. We liked having the hot tub options away from the main pool too. Appreciated the heated and secure underground parking and the baggage carts were handy to have for packing and unpacking. Great location, could walk everywhere in town that we wanted to go. We loved our stay here. We spent over a week and this place had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for when we wanted to stay in and cook. My kids loved the bunk beds and really enjoyed having their own space. We also spent a ton of time in the pool and it was nice that we could see it from our deck. The property was very clean and taken care of. Would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to book again.

We stayed at this VRBO in Canmore and honestly—no complaints. The weather showed off the entire time (like, suspiciously perfect), which made everything even better.The place itself was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. Check-in was quick and easy—no scavenger hunt for keys or decoding instructions like you’re in an escape room. Getting ahold of the hosts was also super easy, and their response time was impressively quick, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free.Didn’t get around to using the pool or hot tub (tragic, I know), but they looked great and we’d definitely try them next time.Only thing to note: if you’re driving a larger vehicle like a truck, the parkade entrance is… let’s call it “intimate.” There were other trucks down there, so it’s doable, but you might find yourself holding your breath a little on the way in.Overall, great stay, great spot, would absolutely come back.

We loved our stay here! Canmore is a great location, not as crazy as Banff. My only complaint is the whirlpools were always way too crowded, and were not hot. Beds were comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

We love the outdoors and in particular the mountains. We came to Banff on our honeymoon and fell in love with the beauty of the Rockies!! We love to visit new places, often staying in vacation homes. We particularly enjoy family vacations with our adult children and their spouses. We have made so many family memories in the mountains, including our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding!! So much fun to share one of our favorite places with everyone! We love to go places that offer lots of outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and golfing, as well as checking out great restaurants, shops, and winery/brewery tours!

Who doesn't love the mountains! We love everything about Canmore and its surrounding areas. The location of our condo is fantastic. It is just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars, yet a quiet complex for a relaxing getaway. Easy to get to many trails for hiking, skiing, and enjoying the outdoors!
