My sisters and I did a girls trip and We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was Beautiful. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The 2 full bathrooms was a plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would ever need from appliance right down to cooking/serving utensils and bakeware. The underground parkade was a bonus. The host was great to communicate with and check in and out was seamless. The condo also has a great spa, gym and hot /cold therapy facility that we can’t wait to try next time. We look forward to our next visit as we will stay here again!!
Room was 17deg upon arrival, master bedroom even colder due to the door window being jammed open. Lock on master bedroom door window is broken and had a draft leaving the room to be very cold. Luckily we only needed one room and stayed in the other. Listing states fireplace but the suite only has non heating units, we felt this was false information. Overall the place was nice and clean and the area was quiet and friendly.
Very clean and in a great location, easy parking and minutes from downtown. Beautiful mountains all around.

We chose this property for our Honeymoon recently and it was absolutely amazing. It was clean, organized and things were easy to find to use. I would love to stay here again for future travels! Thank you!
When we reached out to the host, Jiebin, when the code given to us didn't open the suite, it took over 45 minutes for him to respond.The hot tub wasn't working the entire time of our stay. Again, when we reached out to our host he didn't even respond or acknowledge our message.The beds were so soft that our backs ACHED in the morning so badly we were concerned that we wouldn't even be able to ski, which was the purpose of our visit.The suite wasn't cleaned very well and dust bunnies were under the kitchen island area where the stools are. Dishes were dirty and had to be re-cleaned prior to use.The pool and hot tub area are accessed by either walking outside, or walking through the parking garage - neither are ideal in winter. This felt misleading as it was incredibly difficult to find and we only found the entrance to the pool area when we drove through the parking garage.Pros: The suite was very spacious and had 3 gigantic TVs. If that is all you're looking for in a rental this one is ideal.If you're looking for a restful sleep in a clean and desirable condo where the host is quick to respond, or even to respond at all, then I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
Clean, well appointed, comfortable, easy access and very responsive to questions and requests. Units a very sound proof and in unit washer dryer much appreciated with a new born.
The suite was beautifully designed with modern furniture and lighting, and well equiped with everything you could need! We also used the sofa bed which is very good quality. The location was perfect near the heart of Canmore. The host was also available to message via email or text for any questions we had.

The location of this property was perfect. Not a bad view in site. We could walk to local restaurants. Communication was great. We had all the information we needs days prior to our arrival. We had everything we needed to stay comfortably. Thank you! I would visit again.

Aside from a cracked but functioning vanity sink, the property is well furnished, clean and highly recommended. The owner took great care of this property.
The coffee pot was a missing and the management was equally responsive to send us a new one within a few minutes.
This condo was perfect for what we needed. The underground pool/big hot tub was perfect for a evening after the slopes. The condo is well equipped for bedding and towels. But lacks in kitchen (Saran wrap, tinfoil) basic kitchen things you may need(just bring your own)
Big bonus is lots of room underground for bigger trucks(7’ I believe)
What can I say ...this property is do well maintained and quiet. This unit is decorated beautifully. From the beautifully set kitchen table to the comfortable cozy living room. The beds very comfortable after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. We did walk to anywhere but you probably could. Did not have time to take advantage of pool or hottub. The parking is in parking garage which was a little challenging with a suv but was doable as long as car next to you is parked correctly. Highly recommend this property you will not regret it. Central location to Banff 15 min drive. Thanks for hosting us for our vacation.
I loved all the amenities in the kitchen. It was well stocked with all the things you would need to make a meal. It was nice and quiet with excellent mattreses on the beds and plenty of towels. There should be more trolleys available to transport your items from the car to your room. We had to pack everything out ourselves, when we were leaving. We wanted to use the barbecue but it was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages!
