Enjoy this spacious 1,000 sqft 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home in Solara Resort, Canmore. Our southwest-facing luxury suite is in the Bow building, close to the pool, hot tub, and gym for your convenience.
Includes one complimentary heated underground parking space and a large private tarp-covered storage locker in the parkade.
THE SPACE

- Well stocked gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and wine fridge.
- Granite & stone countertops with an open layout to the dining & living room.
- Regular drip coffee maker, complimentary coffee, coffee mate and sugar.
- Complimentary WIFI and cable TV.
- In-suite Washer and Dryer with complimentary laundry detergent, as well as iron and ironing board.
- The living room sofa is also a pull-out queen bed.
- One booster high chair and one Pack N Play with mattress, please bring your own sheets/bedding for your baby.

- Bedroom#1 comes with queen bed, smart TV, fireplace, private 4 piece bathroom and access to balcony.
- Bedroom#2 comes with king bed, fireplace, 4 piece bathroom and playpen with mattress.
Each bedroom is equipped with hair dryer, and extra blanket/portable heater/fan.

This is a southwest-facing, first-floor unit with large balcony. An electric BBQ and patio dining set is available for your dining convenience.

- Heated pool and hot tub can be found in the Bow building where our unit is located.
- One Wellness & Spa - includes: sauna, steam room, relaxation lounge, fitness center, change rooms (available at additional personal cost).
- Heated underground parking with entrance clearance (7'6" or 2.3m).
- Private storage locker in the underground parking to store skis, boards, snowshoes, bikes, etc.
GUEST ACCESS
Keypad self check-in. Code for unit door and garage door will be provided 3 days before arrival, along with check-in/check-out instructions. Please make sure your email address on file is up to date.
Guests can access the entire condo except for locked supply closet.

★ Travel Insurance: For extra peace of mind, we recommend adding trip protection and/or damage protection on Vrbo, which becomes available right after you complete your booking request.
★ Please note: The Solara Resort occasionally need maintenance and can result in an inconvenience such as,
• Maintenance to elevators, pool, hot tub, underground parking and gym.
• Often scheduled on short notice and beyond our control.
• By safety laws fire alarms are regularly tested. Notice is usually posted in the elevators.
★ A second heated underground parking space may be available for $10 per day - half the public price, subject to availability. Please contact the host in advance to check if it's available for your dates. Free street parking is available nearby along Kananaskis Way, but spots may be limited on weekends and during high season.
★ This condo is in the Solara condominium complex but is privately owned and managed by your host. It is not one of the units operated by the hotel manager.
