Park View Retreat with Hot Tub and King Size Bed

Relax, unwind and enjoy the Park View Retreat. Luxe vibes, a fireplace, and a dreamy hot tub. Only minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, beautiful parks and beaches. The WFCU Centre is 3 minutes away, battery plant under 10 minutes, Capitol Theatre, Caesars Casino, and border crossing to USA are only 10-15 minutes drive. Wine country, and Point Peele National Park are 45 minutes drive, so is the airport in Detroit. We provided a guide book for all the great places to visit and fun things to do around.
This property offers a comfortable and relaxing space for families and friends, and it can also serve as a home away from home for guests visiting Windsor for work or study.

We provided a starter supply of essential items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Guests staying longer than one week are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.

Please note that the hot tub on the patio belongs exclusively to Unit A and is reserved for the guests staying in that unit.

The basement unit has its own private entrance and patio and is occupied by our family, who are long-term residents. We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours and their privacy.

Outdoor spaces designated for the other units on the property are private and are not available for guest use.

Free parking is available for one vehicle in the designated parking space on our driveway.

No smoking!! Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, loud noise/music will not be tolerated after 10 pm. Unregistered guests, and parties are not allowed.
Nothing should be flushed down the toilet except for toilet paper. Everything else can be disposed of in the trash receptacles provided.
Please use non-white towels for the hot tub, and If you choose to have a drink while enjoying the tub, make sure you are using only plastic glasses.

The property was neat and clean. In town for a family reunion and location was very good for us. Communication with host excellent.A few negatives for us:1. This is technically a single unit but there are people staying in the basement. There is a casita that shares the driveway. So there are 3 units in very, very close proximity. This was not disclosed and we were not happy with that setup.2. Sound carries. We could be inside the house but hear activity in the basement and casita patio.3. Absolutely hated, hated the parking situation. Had to share the driveway with the casita and park in a specific spot. Not much room. Trash cans are an obstacle. Hit a can one evening in the rent car. Had to go to auto part store for compound to remove the scratch. Not what we planned on doing.

We would like to clarify that the parking arrangement and the presence of the basement tenant are both fully disclosed in our listing description. We encourage all guests to read the listing carefully and reach out with any questions before booking so they know exactly what to expect. During your stay, we did our best to make things as comfortable as possible. For example, we even moved the trash bins to provide additional room after noticing there were difficulties parking. The driveway offers enough space to park without needing to get close to the bins, but we were still happy to make adjustments to help. It’s unfortunate that, despite our efforts, the experience did not meet your expectations.
