Historic 4 bedroom cottage in town tastefully renovated with accessible bathroom

Walking distance to lake and shops, our 4 bedroom , 3 bathroom cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with large dining table and rear outdoor dining/BBQ facilities. With one accessible bathroom and wider doorways and stepless entry via the front door- guests with access needs can stay with comfort and confidence. Our cosy lounge/ reading area has been tastefully renovated- enjoy the original baltic pine flooring and historic redgum fireplace and recliner chairs. Air conditioning in lounge and kitchen. Heating in each bedroom and in lounge.
Front and rear gardens and ample space for driveway parking. With front and rear covered patios with gardened areas and badminton net set up on the rear lawn, our cottage has lots for kids and adults to do. With 3 full bathrooms, our home is suited for groups attending weddings and events in the region, work crews and sporting teams.
