Welcome to the Seaside! A comfortable and peaceful retreat, featuring stunning ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. Relax in this newly renovated, modern, oceanfront suite immersed in the beauty of coastal Vancouver Island. Two spacious king bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Great for 2 couples or a couple with an older child. Not suitable for toddlers.
Start the day with the sound of the waves from your oceanfront patio and end with a stunning oceanfront sunset.
Access to all resort amenities including pool, hot tub, waterfront gas firepits, seasonal use of kayaks, SUPs & more.

The space
Bright, spacious 1400 sqft, 2 bedroom top floor condo, beautifully renovated and immaculately clean.
Central heating and air conditioning for year round comfort. Skylights create a bright open space year round.
Panoramic ocean views from the new open concept kitchen, living and dining areas.
Master bedroom with brand new king size bed, gas fireplace, and sliding doors to the the outdoor patio overlooking the ocean.
Spa like master ensuite with walk-in shower and freestanding soaker tub.
Second bedroom also with new king sized bed. Full second bathroom.
Dedicated laptop friendly work spaces in both bedrooms, ideal for remote work.
Large sunny oceanfront patio off the living room features comfortable lounge seating for 4, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Patios off both bedrooms provide quiet shady retreats.
Top floor unit so there are stairs to access the suite (about 7).

Resort amenities include indoor swimming pool, hot tub, gym, table tennis, billiards, pickleball, outdoor kiddie pool, hot tub, playground, shared BBQ, oceanfront firepits. Seasonal use of kayaks and SUPs. Spa and physiotherapy onsite. Many nearby golf courses.

Conveniently located mid-island, allows for easy exploration. Just a 5-10 minute drive to Rathtrevor Provincial Park and the town of Parksville. 20 minutes from Nanaimo and 2 hours from both Victoria and Tofino.

We had a wonderful time at this resort with all the amenities. The booking and communication with owners was excellent. This condo is large, clean modern, and tastefully updated with a fabulous view of the ocean. We utilized the fitness studio, pool, hot tub and pickleball courts as well as ocean paddle boarding. A fun holiday in a great place. Highly recommend!

This place was just the idilic peaceful retreat my wife, young daughter and I were hoping for. The apartment was newly renoed, inviting and felt just like home with many nice touches that have been well thought out to ensure you have everything you need for a relaxing stay.The host is excellent, with clear, timely and detailed communication. We have taken multiple sunset pictures just like in the post, and my wife and I are already planning our return when I plan to have the French onion soup again at the local restaurant!

Absolutely Recommended!Our stay at the apartment was simply perfect – we didn’t miss a thing. The entire place is brand new, modern, and beautifully furnished, with great attention to detail. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we slept wonderfully.The apartment is fully equipped – everything you need for a relaxing stay is there.The resort also has something for everyone, both kids and adults: from massages, table tennis, and billiards to a large swimming pool, both indoor and outdoor. One of our favorite parts was the opportunity to take a walk along the water every morning during low tide.If you’re in the mood for adventure, you can even borrow SUP boards and kayaks for free – such a great bonus!We can wholeheartedly recommend staying here, especially with Jennifer as the host. Everything was perfect. The condo is beautifully updated with comfortable, modern furniture to relax upon, and Endy beds and sheets for deep restful sleeps. We loved that both bedrooms had King beds and were separated by two bathrooms for privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals. There was a Keurig machine for a quick cup of coffee, but seeing as we prefer brewing our own, we used the French Press. The view from the condo was picturesque. We could sit on one of two decks overlooking the groomed grounds and the ocean a short distance away. We also enjoyed happy hour at the restaurant, the pool, and searching for sea life at low tide. We were very happy with the booking and the check in procedure. We can't wait to come back again!

We had a lovely stay at this very tastefully decorated, spacious and super clean apartment! You can tell that the owners have put a lot of thought and care into it, and the communication with them was smooth and friendly. Both bedrooms are big (interestingly the second bedroom is even bigger than the one we perceived as being the master bedroom) with king-sized beds in both (which is awesome) and the living room has plenty of seating, a big TV and a nice fireplace. There are high quality blackout blinds everywhere which is super helpful when you want to sleep in. A much appreciated bonus is the access to the resort's pools. The large pool is a bit too cool but you get used to it. The two hot tubs (outdoor and indoor) are great. The beach area is really nice with lots to discover, including a climbable rocky area that serves as a viewpoint as well. As for drawbacks, the area just inside the front door is very tight and it's pretty much impossible to keep on the doormats when three people are trying to get their shoes off at the same time. Also we found that the hot water in the shower ran out very quickly (plus we experienced a power outage and water outage during our stay), but these were likely temporary and/or unlucky issues. For the most part everything worked fine and we loved the place!
