About this property

Boathouse in Mellerud marina with all conveniences

The house is very popular since it is the ONLY rental object in the marina that has WC installed and comes with WiFi (1 GB free internet included). It holds one of the best locations in the harbor and accommodates maximum 3 adults or families with younger children.

Inside you will find a well equipped kitchen along with a large outdoor gas barbecue grill. In front of the house there is a furnished deck with a nice view of the marina and on the back there is a smaller deck that offers morning sun and a nice view of the archipelago. For offseason guests there is no reason for freezing - the house is winterized with underfloor heating which allows you to stay there during fall and winter to enjoy salmon fishing.

Showers and additional toilets are located in the service building just 30 m from the cottage. The building is very fresh and contains sections for men and women. Both sections are divided into small bathrooms where you will be able to lock the door to get privacy.

Linens and towels should be brought by the guests. However, if you are traveling by air plane with small luggage, I will try arrange someone to get you linens for an additional cost. Please ask me when checking availability!

The marina is appreciated for its peacefulness which allows good time for reading a book or just relax on the decks. For the small children there is a popular playground and there is possible to fish from all piers and jetties (no license needed). 20 meters behind the cottage there is a platform suitable for swimming. In nearby “Vita sannar" you will find a nice beach as well as a heated pool. You will also be able to rent bikes, canoes and tennis courts. Dalsland Canal boat trips can be booked in neighboring locations as "Upperud" and “HĂ„verud". If interested in playing golf you will find the golf court just 1 km from the marina.

NOTICE!
During high season (15/7 - 18/8) there is only 7 days rental with changeover Saturdays. All other periods is a minimum of 2-3 nights stay.

Maximum 3 adults at one stay (if you are two families - get back to me and I will arrange one more house in the harbor)

Self-catering concerning bed linen and towels.

Pets and smoking is not allowed inside.

The marina is situated 4 km from nearest train & bus station - I really recommend traveling by car.

Don't forget to print and bring the received documents on the trip!

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus- Perfekt fĂŒr einen Kurzurlaub in der Region

Wir haben das Ferienhaus so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Es war sauber und wir hatten alles was wir fĂŒr unseren Kurzurlaub benötigt haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert. Toilette im Haus, Duschen unweit des Ferienhauses. War fĂŒr uns kein Problem. Wir können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen. GerĂ€usche aus den NachbarhĂ€usern sind nicht zu vermeiden und sollten bei der Wahl gerade in der Hauptsaison berĂŒcksichtigt werden. In unserem Zeitraum war das kein Thema.

wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem kleinen HÀuschen mit der wunderschöner Aussicht und direkten See Zugang, Panorama und Ruhe sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Wir werden irgendwann mal wieder kommen!

Kleiner idyllischer Hafen

Von Hamburg aus ist der gröbste Teil der Fahrt Pipifax.. Die Wegbeschreibung um die Ortschaft zu finden ist auch sehr gut.. auch ohne Navigation. Angekommen war der Eindruck sehr gut. Ein kleiner idyllischer Hafen mit vielen Wohneinheiten und Anlegestellen. Dem EigentĂŒmer gehören zwei Anlegestelle , die fĂŒr mitgebrachte Boote genutzt werden können. Leider verfĂŒgt der EigentĂŒmer selbst ĂŒber keine Boote, aber hat uns genĂŒgend Informationen gegeben um eins Mieten zu können. Generell ist der EigentĂŒmer sehr zuvorkommend und liefert genĂŒgend Informationen fĂŒr lokale Betreiber von Booten, Kanus, FahrrĂ€der etc. Die Wohneinheit ist genau wie auf den Bilder und fĂŒr zwei erwachsene Personen absolut ausreichend. Abends im Obergeschoss jedoch sehr heiss. Aber dafĂŒr steht ein Ventilator bereit. Toilette ist klein, aber erfĂŒllt ihren Zweck. Ofen und Herd sind von StandardqualitĂ€t. KĂŒhlschrank und Eisfach einwandfrei. Wifi nicht wirklich funktioniert, aber fĂŒr Wifi muss man nicht nach Schweden inUrlaub fahren, kann man zu Hause nutzen. Morgens und abends kann man von den Anlegern gut auf Barsch und Plötzen angeln. Köfis gibt es auch mehr als genug in allen Bereichen wo Wasser ist. Auf Grund passiv einen kleinen verirrten 49er Zander gefangen. 37er Barsch und kleinere und diverse Weißfische. Zwei kleine Naturschutzgebiete direkt vor der TĂŒr. Die duschen sind im HauptgebĂ€ude. Sauber und gepflegt. Wer zu lange duscht bekommt als Überraschung, dass das Locht ausgeht, aufgrund der Bewegungssensoren. Alle Leute vor Ort, Mieter oder EigentĂŒmer sind sehr freundlich. Ein paar Kilometer entfernt befindet sich Mellerud. Das dortige Einkaufszentrum bietet alles was man benötigt. Supermarkt, Outlet, Outdoor / Angel / JagdgeschĂ€ft, Krimskrams Laden, Apotheke etc. Ich kann jedem empfehlen, der sich ĂŒberlegt dort anzumieten, es auch zu tun. Wir kommen gerne in den nĂ€chsten Jahren wieder.

En mycket trevlig vistelse.

Vacker plats, mÄnga vandringsleder. VÀdret var bra men tyvÀrr fanns det ingen fisk och min man var lite ledsen. Ett mycket trevligt och funktionellt hus. Trots att vi inte lÀste det sista mailet frÄn Àgaren kom vi till stugan tack vare hjÀlp av trevliga grannar.

ZweckmĂ€ĂŸiges kleines Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht auf See und Hafen

Es handelt sich um ein wirkliches kleines aber wunderschön gelegenes Haus. Da wir tĂ€glich AusflĂŒge gemacht gaben war das HĂ€uschen völlig ausreichend. Eine dr Terrassen ist immer sonnig (sofern die Sonne Scheint natĂŒrlich). Einzig das schlafen in der oberen Etagen war - zumindest anfangs - schwierig. Die obere etage erreicht man ĂŒber eine relativ steile Treppe. Als gelĂ€nder dienen einige metallbĂ€nder: FĂŒr menschen mit höhenangst oder - wie in meinem fall - mit kleinen kinder nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend. Stabil war das ganze aber und wir haben uns am zweiten Tag eine Begrenzung gebaut. Der Hafen ist sehr schön. Die zentralen RĂ€ume waren alle sauber. Wir wĂŒrden gerne irgendwann einmal wiederkommen!
