Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub dort, aber danach kam die Enttäuschung: die Vermieterin stellte uns den Abfluss der Badewanne in Rechnung, obwohl wir die Wanne kaum genutzt hatten und vor allem nicht kaputt gemacht haben! Wir finden es sehr schade, dass hier Mieter nach ihrem Urlaub einfach von der Kreditkarte Reparaturen abgezogen bekommen, die sie gar nicht verursacht haben und deren Instandhaltung Vermietersache ist!

Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour. Nous regrettons cependant votre commentaire concernant les frais facturés après votre départ. Nous souhaitons apporter une précision importante : la demande a été examinée par Abritel, qui a tranché en notre faveur après étude des éléments transmis. Nous avons notamment fourni la facture de l’intervention ainsi qu’une photo de la pièce cassée. Il ne s’agissait donc pas de frais d’entretien courant, mais bien du remplacement d’une pièce qui avait été endommagée. La facturation n’a pas été effectuée arbitrairement et a été validée par Abritel au regard des justificatifs fournis. Nous comprenons que cette situation puisse être désagréable, mais nous souhaitions rétablir les faits afin que les futurs voyageurs disposent de tous les éléments.

Vacances familiales

Villa entièrement rénovée, au goût du jour et épurée, très bien située dans le domaine (à deux pas des piscines). Tout est parfaitement équipé. Parfait pour une famille avec des enfants en bas-âge. Nous n’avons manqué de rien, la communication avant, pendant et après notre départ était parfaite. Je recommande donc vivement cette villa.
