We enjoyed the location and wound possibly rent the location in future. The only negative was the shower in the primary room. The shower head was terrible and we were not able to use it to shower

Beautiful Home, Minor Pool Concerns

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The property itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well-maintained. Each room was clean and cozy, and the kitchen and living room were perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals together. The backyard was a highlight — very inviting and peaceful, a great space to unwind. That said, there were a few things worth noting. One of the showers had extremely low water pressure, which made it a bit inconvenient to use. While the pool area was gorgeous and the high winds made some leaf debris understandable (which we were able to manage), I did notice some algae spots in the pool and messaged management about it. The hot tub also had a buildup of foam around the corners, which gave the impression that the pool and spa hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned.Overall, the home and amenities were lovely and comfortable, but a bit more attention to the pool maintenance would make this place truly perfect.

Beautiful home ruined by atrocious management. While the home was lovely, my experience with the management company was the worst I have encountered in 20 years of renting. From the start, communication was non-existent. It took 4 messages/calls to get pool heating added to our stay. Later, I tried to extend our stay by 1 night, emails/calls went ignored until I finally reached someone by phone to process it. Upon arrival, we found lizards inside the home and every bath towel, beach towel, & rug was very damp. We spent our first day drying the linens ourselves just to use them. The biggest issue occurred mid-stay. With only 1 hour notice, we rec'd a text stating that maintenance on neighborhood power lines would shut off our electricity from 8a-4p. In 98-degree Palm Springs heat, we were left with:No A/C or Wi-Fi (while trying to work)No hot water & lights while getting ready for CoachellaSpoiled groceries in the fridge/freezerNo pool heating (which we had paid for)The text from Acme stated they were "not responsible" & that no refunds would be granted. After calling around, I discovered this was a pre-scheduled outage. Management or the homeowners were aware of this in advance & failed to notify us. To be told "sorry, no refunds" for a preventable lack of disclosure, especially regarding paid amenities like pool heat and A/C—is unacceptable. The house/pool is great but the management is unprofessional & lacks basic accountability. Renters Beware!
