Family Retreat Caboolture – Big House features a large backyard with an alfresco area, perfect for entertaining and outdoor dining. The home offers five good-sized bedrooms, a massive open-plan kitchen and lounge, and plenty of space to relax together.
Enjoy a 55” Smart TV in the main lounge and a 55” Smart TV in the master bedroom.
The outdoor areas include beautiful grassed spaces, with plenty of room for kids to ride bikes and scooters.
Designed for space, comfort & flexibility
The home features a flexible layout with a front living zone and a main living zone, connected by a solid internal door.
The front area includes two bedrooms, an ensuite and a sitting room—ideal as a teen retreat, quiet parents’ space, or for extended family—while the rest of the group enjoys the main living areas at the back of the home.
Parking & access
The property includes a double garage and driveway, available for the duration of your stay. There is room for at least two additional cars on the driveway, with space suitable for a boat or caravan.
Guests will be provided with a unique code for the digital lock and will have access to the entire house for the duration of their stay.
All areas of the home and backyard are available for guest use, with the exception of the storeroom clearly labelled “Staff Only.”
The property includes a double-bay garage, suitable for vehicles up to approximately 1900 mm in height, which is available for guest use, along with the driveway.
Lawns and gardens may be attended to during your stay, especially if staying for a longer period. Usually this is attended to fortnightly in winter and weekly in summer.

All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats and tea towels will be supplied for you. We also supply pillows, quilts, pillow.
Please note there are to be no parties. Inside is a smoke free zone. Security cameras are installed outside for your safety and the security of the property.
We have a no-shoes policy here at our house, so when you come over please bring your favorite slippers or comfy socks.
Smart TV available. To use the smart TV, we recommend connecting your smart phone to the same network. Guests are welcome to sign into their own accounts on the TV, such as Netflix or simply cast using a phone on the same network. No free to air TV antenna currently connected however all available apps installed and live view available through these apps. Please remember to sign out after your stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place used towels in the laundry area or bathroom.
Please DO NOT wash sheets or towels.
Washing them can cause damage or discolouration. Return furniture and items back to the original place.
Throw rubbish in bin on left of kitchen under the sink and recycling in section behind or on bench. Bin bags are under the sink or drawers. Leave the RF Tags on the coffee table in the main lounge.
Turn off all lights except the laundry light. Turn off aircon and tv.Lock the sliding doors in the dining. Simply close the wooden doors as these Auto lock. Close all windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
This area is full of opportunity, from attending concerts to relaxing at the park. Not to mention the beautiful local food. Not too far away are fishing locations, surfing and places to play on or in the water.
What makes this property unique
With a modern look in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and 5 bedrooms and an ensuite in the master bedroom. generous size open style three lounges, dining and kitchen. a decent size backyard big enough for the kids to run around or ride their bikes on. Aircon big enough to cool throughout the home. Smart TV's.
