clean condo. beds comfy. Take sunglasses for your morning sits on the balcony the sun is very bright but nice. Also keep blinds closed because the rooms heat up. overall great stay and would return.

Perfect location and perfect place! If you’re looking for a great lowkey Daytona experience, this is the place. Perfect proximity to the beach with a phenomenal view of the sunrise. Great pool deck and tennis/pickle ball court.It’s far enough away from the pier area of Daytona that you don’t have to deal with the riff raff.

Our start was great no major issues, check in process was a little strange because i didn't receive three email to walk me through that process

We appreciate the 5 stars, but I want to be clear…we do send very detailed emails to guests with instructions on how to check in, check out, etc. It is possible that communication can go to the guests spam folder. When the guest arrived and reached out with confusion, we responded immediately and provided direction on how to proceed with checking in.

The condo was less roomy then we thought from viewing the photos. It was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The bathroom that had a pocketdoor, the door is in need of some work, it would not stay open. In the master bedroom, the ceiling fan did not work, however, due to the colder weather while we were there it was not needed.

I appreciate the positive feedback. We stayed in constant communication with the guest before and after they checked in and also after check out. If we would have known that there were any concerns during the stay we would have addressed them immediately. The guest checked out only one day ago and we have already looked at the mentioned items. The ceiling fan does work and the door is opening and closing just fine.
