Room was very clean and had everything we need to cook meals. Host was excellent! Smoke alarm was beeping the first night and they came soon after I called and fixed it. View from room is beautiful and right out the sliding door to pool. Will definitely stay again

Perfect place right on the beach and loved the walk out to the pool! Place was clean and fully stocked with kitchen items, bath and beach towels. We had a great stay and would definitely rent again!!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and spacious. We loved that we could walk right out to pool and hot tub. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful view. Owners were accommodating too!

We had an absolutely excellent day at this vacation condo. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The space was bright and welcoming, and the amenities were exactly what we needed for a perfect getaway. It was quiet, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. Good location with easy access to

Location and accomodations were perfect for our group. We loved the heated pool and hot tub access. Only con would be that there were no seasonings, oil, or cooking supplies in the kitchen.

I'm so happy that the accommodations were perfect for the group. We typically keep items like salt/pepper and cooking oil in the cabinet above the fridge. If I would have known that the guest couldn't find it or that it needed replenished, I could have had extras delivered within an hour.

Great family/friends getaway

We booked a stay for a few nights during our kids spring break. It was a great stay. The condo was lovely. Lots of room, great layout of the condo. It was decorated very nicely. It was great to be right by the pool and hot tub. Lovely view of the beach and ocean. Close to lots of things to do, including grocery store and restaurants in walking distance. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Beautiful property

The unit was very nice, clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent. When we learned the pool would be closed for two days during our four day stay he responded immediately and offered to move us to another (more expensive) nearby property. We would definitely rent from him again!

Our group of 6 stayed here for 5 nights and everyone was totally impressed with the property. Absolutely spotless and exactly like the photos, way larger than we thought it would be, and well appointed with everything you could need on a short vacation. It also has safe dedicated basement parking if you have a rental car and is very close to the speedway if you're in town for an event. Scott was extremely communicative before we got there helping me to resolve an issue with payment and responded promptly to a query I had while I was there. I will definitely be booking here again if returning to Daytona Beach

Beautiful Condo with even more potential

The building itself looks pretty run down but honestly all of Daytona looked pretty old and run down. That being said, the condo itself was up to date and extremely comfortable. Beautiful, updated kitchen with marble counter and stainless steel fridge. Spacious rooms, noone felt cramped. Had beach toys available. Condo is located on the first floor of the building and overlooks the pool with a great balcony however door has been welded shut so you cannot access the balcony and pool is under ocnstruction so its quiet an eyesore. Once its done it will be amazing with the perfect view of the ocean. You also get a parking space in the private parking lot- very secure.

I appreciate the kind words, but the building isn't run down at all. Daytona is in a revitalization phase and it has been for several years. Its improving year over year and is a major destination for families and people that are attending the countless events in the area. Sadly, there were damages to this area with the hurricanes of 2022, but the majority of the impacted resorts will have their pools back by summer of 2024, including this one.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Our school made it to world archery. My family and another family wanted to make it a bit of a vacation. The condo was spacious and met all our needs. The location was outstanding. Right on the beach, ground floor. Even the beach wasn’t as congested as a lot of the beaches in the area. The host messaged regularly to ensure everything was going well. I didn’t have to reach out to them, as there were no issues. Everything about the condo was explained accurately! If our school makes it back to worlds next year, I’ll be hoping to rebook this condo!

The condo unit was perfect for our family which includes 4 kids. Being on the first floor was a big advantage and the pool right outside the balcony was awesome. The unit had lots of towels, extra pillows and blankets. The beach front was easy access on and off, limited stairs (most of the access was a gentle ramp). The kids loved getting ice cream from the ice cream truck on the beach...an added bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone with kids.
