The property was magical and the cottage was perfect. The decor was so fitting for a remote cottage. The host was gracious and responsive. We loved it and hope to stay there again in the future.
This is a cozy spot with all the amenities needed. The view is spectacular! The fire pit was a highlight. There was lots to do in the surrounding areas. We would recommend a stay here.
Overall the property was very clean and as described. If you’re looking for something remote and secluded this is the place for you. Owner was very responsive to all requests.
What a great spot! If you’re looking to relax by the water, this is the place! Quiet with a stunning view! Very clean, perfect for a family! Bonus, tons of Sandhill cranes around!
The cottage was perfect size and space for our 4 person group and was very clean inside and out. The beds were remarkably comfortable, especially after exploring all the hiking trails on the Island. The complimentary firewood was a nice touch! Only caution is if you're driving in from The Sand Road, google will provide directions to turn down a private driveway, so ignore those directions and proceed to Lake Huron Drive to access Burke Street.
The cottage is on a very private lot with a beautiful view of the lake. If you forget to bring a book you will find lots of cottage classics (Nancy Drew!). We also appreciated the smooth check in process.

Great cottage, beautiful private property, has everything you need for cooking, clean, responsive owner with communications. We would definitely come back.
Everything you need in a secluded cabin in the woods for some rest and relaxation! Amazing view with nature all around you. Hosts answered all my questions making planning easy.
Super spot. The cottage is well equipped, spotless and very pet friendly! Nice to have a fenced in porch! A bit off the beaten track, but on a beautiful part of the island. Communication was easy!
