Modern 2 bedroom townhome, 2 blocks from vibrant Commercial Drive. A perfect day on the "Drive" can include cuisines from around the world, poking around vintage shops and art galleries, enjoying the many eclectic cafes, live music and comedy or strolling around Trout Lake.Perfectly situated in Vancouver, we are a 10 minute drive from the Downtown core and 20 minutes to the beautiful North Shore mountains. Conveniently located a 15 minute walk from the Commercial skytrain station you can explore all that Vancouver has to offer!
This beautifully styled, 1,800 square feet, fully contained townhome with views of the north shore mountains is in a quiet family oriented 4 unit development that can welcome 4 guests.
Inside you will find a full kitchen, dining and living area on the main floor with an outdoor patio. The first sleeping area is on the lower level in a recreation room that includes 1 Queen murphy bed, a seating area, TV and full bathroom.
On the upper level, you will enjoy the master bedroom with 1 King bed, a small private deck with mountain views and full bathroom.

One small car parking spot - there is also limited street parking nearby for larger vehicles

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great stay. The house was clean, and had all the kitchen appliances we needed. The host Heather was so easy to communicate with, she helped us feel welcomed in her home. The location is great for walking to Commercial Drive, the houses are so beautiful and fun to see the gardens along the walk. There is a wonderful pizzeria across the street, and great coffee a few blocks away.

Overall, it was great... perhaps a bit over-priced, but as it was the ideal location, I was happy to pay.The main bed needs to be rotated or maybe replaced... i.e. premium price deserves a premium mattress.

Our check-in was easy due to excellent instructions, the kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use, wi-fi was similarly easy and we had no connectivity issues. We had a car which we parked in a reserved, covered space on the property and otherwise we used Uber and, of course, walked to nearby shops and restaurants. Lovely! Perfect for our family. The neighborhood is friendly and bustling but the home is quiet because it is off the street. It is a thoughtfully decorated and well-cared for property. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect house and perfect location for our quick family trip. It was just as described and Heather's communication was excellent. We loved looking at all the beautiful artwork in side as well as walking the quiet neighborhood to admire all the beautiful homes. Parking was no problem and we can't wait to return and stay again.
