Steps to the Beach & Boardwalk! Spacious Family Retreat in South Rehoboth
Located just over 1 block to the beach and boardwalk you can walk everywhere in town from this great South Rehoboth location! Comfortably furnished with a large loft and bath on the 3rd floor with 4 twin beds that is perfect for the kids. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms one with 2 twins and the 2nd with 1 queen. A total of 3 baths plus 2 enclosed outside showers. There is parking for 3 cars and a gas grill. There are 2 rear units - one is occupied by the owner on occasion and the other is rented seasonally. Fabulous in town location and the perfect place for your family vacation. Take the Jolly Trolley into Dewey Beach to enjoy the nightlife. Also, visit historic downtown Lewes Beach about 5 miles north or take the Rehoboth Beach bike trail to Lewes Beach.
