There is a bedroom on the first level with a queen bed and three additional bedrooms on the second level. An amazing three-season room with seating is the perfect area for relaxing after a long day at the beach.
LOCATION: OCEANBLOCK! Just steps to the beach and boardwalk.
PARKING: Off-street parking for four cars. Do not block the driveway.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, grill, central AC, and easy check-in with electronic keypad system.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a linen rental package for guests—no pets on the property. There have been dogs on the property. No smoking, and do not block the driveway. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
