About this property

Beachfront Villa with heated private pool

Our Villa Toma, and your holiday home, is surrounded by the shade of pines and young olive trees. It is situated in the centre of Brela called Soline in a unique location at the beach. It is a stone house with a surface area of 140 m2, which was built in 1931 in Mediterranean, Dalmatian style. In 2012, the house was fully refurbished with loving attention to detail.
In 2020 we redecorated our sunbathing area. We have built a heated private pool and a new BBQ area.
Villa Toma has 4 double rooms in which 8 persons can be accommodated comfortably. Each room has a fitted built-in closet, and one of the rooms has a walk-in closet. The furniture will remind you of traditional Dalmatian rooms.
In our beautiful custom made kitchen you will find everything you need for your dream holiday. It is fully equipped including a dishwasher, a built-in refrigerator and freezer, a range hood, an electric water boiler and coffee machine.
The large living room has a table for 8 persons, a nice sofa and satellite TV. Internet access (Wi-Fi) is also provided, and your valuables can be stored in the built-in safe.
Our two bathrooms have underfloor heating and are elegantly furnished with modern shower cabins and toilets. In addition, we offer a separate toilet and washing machine.
On our terrace and balcony you can enjoy a glass of good wine and a nice dinner while watching the sunset and the reflection of the moon in the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.
All rooms feature state-of-the-art Daikin air-conditioning systems used both for heating and cooling.
What adds to the beauty of our villa is the large lovely garden surrounding it, where you can experience the luscious mix of Mediterranean and Dalmatian scents of lavender, sage and rosemary. In the garden we have arranged deck chairs for you in our “sunbathing area” where you can enjoy the sun without the hustle and bustle of the beach. Your children and you just have to cross the promenade to get to the beach and enjoy the crystal blue sea.
You can park your cars in the yard of the house without additional charge.
A grocery store, the post office, a pharmacy, numerous restaurants and cafes as well as the wellness centre of Hotel Soline are just a few steps away from our villa.

Idyllic

The most beautiful location. A piece of heaven on earth. This is a fabulous house run by the most helpful host. The gardens and pool are just lovely, surrounded by olives, oranges, passionfruit and pomegranites. Everything you could want or need is provided for. The location couldn't be better and the restaurants and beaches are all in walking distance. Perfection for a holiday with teens as no driving required. We loved our holiday. Thank you so much.

Perfect location and stunning views

We stayed at Vila Toma 10-17 June 2023. The house is very nice and really close to just about everything! The view from the balconies are great. The house is very well equipped and very clean (the maid even came by in the middle of the week to make a smaller clean up, change of towels). Although there are just a few meters from the house to the beach and the beach promenade you feel very secluded in the private yard. You have at least 2 supermarkets, bakeries, many nice restaurants and a pharmacy very close to Vila Toma. The pool at the house was great and used a lot. We cooked at home some nights and it was nice to grill fresh fish. There is also a wellness centre as well as a fitness centre in the hotel nearby. The beach promenade is long and is accessible for everyone. We would love to come back to this house in Brela!

Wunderbar

Wunderbares Haus, tolle Lage, was will man mehr. Der Strand ist wunderbar, auch der Abschnitt direkt vor dem Haus. Beheizter Pool mit Gegenstromanlage. Haus selber ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Villa direkt am Strand

Wir hatten einen super entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa Toma. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet mit wunderschön angelegtem Garten und direktem Zugang zum Strand/Meer. Die Villa liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade, wo sich das Leben abspielt, auch am Abend.

Einzigartig am Strand von Brela!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt mit bester Lage in Brela. Die Villa liegt super, direkt am Strand. Es gibt kein vergleichbares Objekt welches, die nähe zum Strand wie auch zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine direkte Lage zu den Restaurants bietet. Dazu ist die Villa geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet einen wundervollen Blick über das Biokovo Gebirge. Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal in Brela und kommen bestimmt wieder. Bis bald!

The perfect villa for all sorts of company

With a perfect location directely on the beach, but with possibility to relax in the private at the sun patio just outside the house, this is a perfect place to spend your vacation! Well equiped house which provides you with all you need ( in the kitchen and in the garden) to feels like home, but yet away in paradise. The beach and the sea is absolutely gorgeous! Brela is for people who likes more calm and nice dinner places, better than discos and parties. It felt perfect for our family with Children in the age of 13 and 10. The owner of the house is Always very nice and gently. We havn´t had any problems with anything under our 3 years of booking this house. It is absolutelsy wonderful!!!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage

Wir haben eine tolle Woche mit unseren beiden Kindern in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Näher am Meer geht es wirklich nicht! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, schon zur Begrüßung war der Kühlschrank mit gekühlten Getränken gefüllt und es gab auch sehr guten kroatischen Wein zum genießen. Brela selber ist ein netter kleiner Ort mit einigen Restaurants und Geschäften, jetzt in der Hochsaison war es natürlich sehr trubelig. Man hat die Möglichkeit Ausflüge mit dem Boot zu machen, aber auch Split war einen Besuch wert. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und kommen gerne noch einmal wieder!

Perfect in every way!

When we arrived here we were met by the owner of this beautiful property and made very welcome. Everything we needed to know about, air con etc, was properly explained and then we were left to enjoy. We spent one of the most enjoyable weeks we can remember, relaxing on the balconies, lying in the garden, taking a short walk to the shops and a very short walk for a swim. Everything was as it should be, in good clean working order. The house itself has been renovated to a very high standard. It is most comfortable and although we were just a couple it is more than adequately suited to larger parties, families or groups of friends. It has been tastefully decorated and furnished. The outdoor space is well thought out with sun blinds and parasols for shade when required. We spent a lot of time on the balcony looking out to sea. We couldn't fault anything. Brela itself was very layed back and relaxed with just a few shops and amenities but everything available that you would need. Water sports were offered for those who might want them. We would happily return to this property and place.

Alles war wieder perfekt. Sehr nette und flexibel handelnde Vermieter. Die Nähe zum Strand und zum "Konoba Feral" empfinden wir als sehr angenehm. Das Haus hat den Charme einer ursprünglichen und historischen dalmatinischen Villa mit dem kompletten Komfort des 21. Jahrhunderts.

Beste Lage in Brela

Das Haus an sich ist eine Sehenswürdigkeit in Brela und wird laufend auch von anderen Touristen fotografiert. Zentral gelegen, direkt an der Promenade mit wunderschönem Garten und Blick auf das azurblaue Meer sowie die Berge im Hintergrund. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt als Groß-Familie (Großeltern, Eltern und zwei Kinder) und haben uns bestens erholt. Das Haus ist außen wie innen sehr luxuriös, selbst an die kleinsten Details wurde gedacht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sofort zur Stelle, sollte Hilfe erforderlich sein. Leider war unser Aufenthalt etwas verregnet (so wie der Sommer 2014 im Süden insgesamt), aufgrund der tollen Lage des Hauses waren wir dennoch jeden Tag im Meer schwimmen und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Brela und die Villa Toma sind jedenfalls eine Reise wert…der

ein wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus war genauso (Lage, Ausstattung) wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es ist neu renoviert mit geschmackvoller und hochwertiger Ausstattung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist alles vor Ort was man braucht (Luxus-Grill, Liegen, Decken, etc.) und es liegt in traumhafter Nähe zum Strand. Die Anfahrt ist etwas unübersichtlich; man sollte sich an der Beschreibung auf der Homepage orientieren. Der Vater des Vermieters betreut das Objekt und kümmert sich sehr liebevoll darum. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind Restaurants, ein Supermarkt, Bars, ein Spielplatz und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl, es war ein traumhafter Urlaub und wir würden es sofort weiterempfehlen.

Un petit paradis au calme pour se détendre

Nous venons de séjourner dans cette très belle villa, avec grand confort, pour un maximum de détente. Il ne manque rien, tout est propre et bien entretenu, avec un très bon accueil du propriétaire. A 3 pas de la plage, avec des vues magnifiques, pour le bonheur de tous, aussi bien les enfants que les parents. Nous conseillons vivement cette villa, qui est une des seules à être aussi authentique, près de la plage. Le bord de mer est tout aménagé pour faire de belles balades et profiter des couleurs turquoise et cristalline de la mer, tout en marchant à l'ombre des pins. Vous trouverez tout sur place (market, poste, restaurant, aire de jeux pour enfants, boutiques souvenirs, tennis ...), avec des personnes très sympathiques. Brela est très jolie, c'est un petit village tranquille, avec un petit port. Il y a beaucoup de visite à faire dans un rayon d'une heure de route (Omis, Split, Trogir, et toute la Riviera de Makarska). Alors, n'hesitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçu de votre séjour à Brela, dans la villa Toma.
