Charming stone house with large courtyard & surrounded by greenery offers a quiet rural atmosphere for 6 people. It is located in the small town of Zezevica, only 20km from beach and 6km from the highway.

Old stone house built in 1850s, completely renovated in 2017. Modern kitchen, dining room and living room are situated on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your stay (cutlery, fridge, oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher).

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. First bedroom has a double bed 160x200cm and a wardrobe closet. Second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe closet. Bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, which is for your personal use, free of charge.

Terrace with outdoor seating is in front of the house. Behind the house is a private yard with swimming pool and sun loungers. The newest addition to the outdoor area is a spacious gazebo with outdoor seating, perfect for lazy afternoons and warm summer nights!

Zauberhaftes Steinhaus mit tollem Außenbereich

Erholsam, besser als beschrieben, größere Betten, renoviertes Bad. Einfach herrlich!

Naja für das Geld lohnt es sich nicht

Wir wurden durch die gute Seele des Dorfes lieb willkommen geheißen der Vermieter kam.am anreisetag nicht . Die Außenanlage mit dem Pool ist wirklich schön und rettet alles ,denn das Haus ist nun wirklich nicht schön die Schlafzimmer befinden sich oben die noch gehen ,das Bad das Waschbecken sehr sehr tief kaum Wasser, der toilettensitz rutscht hin und her die Wände sind auch nicht die besten von der Sauberkeit. Im untergeschoss nennen wir es den Keller dort ist die Küche und ein Sofa , alles aber nicht gemütlich hinterm Sofa wurde noch nie sauber gemacht die Wände schmutzig von Toten Tieren. Wir haben uns wirklich nie dort aufgehalten . Der einzige Plus Punkt ist wirklich der ausenbereich auch wenn man den Pool selbst reinigen muss und immer nach Chlor Tabletten fragen muss . Die gute Seele ist immer da der eigentliche Vermieter kam in 10 Tagen ein einziges mal obwohl er selber sagte er würde jeden 3 tag kommen zum.pool sauber machen . Also im.grosen u d ganzen kann man nfür das geld besser woanders hin fahren

Wer es gern ruhig mag ist dort genau richtig. Wir konnten toll entspannen und unseren Urlaub genießen. Wir wurden sehr gastfreundlich empfangen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und es fehlt an nichts. Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Sommerurlaub 2019

Es war ein toller 10 tägige Aufenthalt. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind wirklich überragend, die Außenanlage ist sehr liebevoll bepflanzt. Insgesamt ist das Objekt sehr gepflegt und toll gestaltet. Wir wurden über den gesamten Zeitraum herzlich betreut, die Familie gibt sich grosse Mühe, dass es einem während des Urlaubes an Nichts fehlt. Die Wohneinheiten Schlafzimmer und Küche sind getrennt voneinander, also mit einer Aussentreppe verbunden. Das ist zunächst etwas ungewohnt. Das Objekt liegt abgelegener, ein Mietwagen/eigenes Auto ist auf jeden Fall notwendig. Wer sich hier entspannen möchte und auch das Land erkunden will ist hier genau richtig. Die Umgebung und naheliegende Städte sind einfach nur wunderschön. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Traumhafter ruhiger Urlaub

Das Haus ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Im oberen Teil sind 2 schöne neue Schlafzimmer, die Klimianlage im Flur und das Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine. Im Untergeschoss, was nicht innenliegend mit dem OG verbunden ist, man verlässt das OG über die Außentreppe und geht ebenerdig durch die Türe in den Raum mit Wohnzimmer und Küche. Der Pool liegt völlig ruhig hinter dem Haus mit schönen Liegen, einem großen Sonnenschirm und Terrasse. Liebevoll angelegt ist das Blumenbeet. Die Vermieter sehr herzlich und entgegenkommend. Wurden mit kühlen Getränken und leckeren Kirschen willkommen geheißen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.
