The stay was good, everything was well organized. However only concern we had was that there were no trespassing signs indicating in the backyard. This would avoid any confusion for the guests considering the backyard is huge and also the landscape leads to the neighbour's dock. A signage will help, other than that overall experience was very nice.

Grand bend house

This property is suitable for a large group, with a large deck and enormous lawn. 5 bedrooms with 3 at top and 2 in basement. Not spotlessly clean so need to relax those expectations. Main floor living room seating could be arranged better for socializing. Decor needs an upgrade. Some matresses need replacing. Some items need repair - one panel of shower door in master bathroom missing so can't be used. No propane for bbq. Kitchen has most items but dishes were not very clean and we washed them before use. Stove bottom had burnt bits so caused smoke with oven use. Sauna seemed not too inviting. Dock at river is quite far from house. Close to downtown Grand Bend and grocery. And price was reasonable.
