Our stay at this property was unexpected due to a booking snafu at another property. 8:00 at night and we needed a place to stay! Property Manager Kimberly saved the day and got us into this property in about an hour after having the cleaning service freshen up the place for us. It was a little bigger than we needed and more expensive than our original reservation, but it turned out to be a really great house for our family of 5. Everyone had their own space and the kitchen was so spacious and had everything our 2 sons (both chefs) needed! The pool was a little chilly for the time of year but we still made use of it and really enjoyed the spacious backyard and games available. Nice big tv in the living room. Plenty of hangers. Location was good with restaurants nearby. Overall it was a very good experience!

Key code didn’t work at arrival. Upon entering property, floors were dirty and turned our feet black, temperature was 80 plus. Pool was dirty, we cleaned it ourselves, alerted host contact of this, pool service came for 15 minutes then left without adding chemicals to pool or cleaning the skimmer box. Host contact commented on accessing cameras when prompted by the Ring cameras. Pool cleaner machine showed up two days after we commented out loud the existing one didn’t work.Brought all concerns to host contact, had to keep asking for updates, eventually gave up expecting a clean pool. For the cost of the house, this was a severe disappointment to my family with small children. We felt unsafe outside with the cameras, couldn’t go in the pool, and had no access to broom or mop to clean the floors.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your arrival and stay didn’t meet expectations. We’ve confirmed the keypad and lock box were both functional, and a backup key is available in the lock box beneath the keypad if needed. We professionally clean the home before each guest’s arrival, and we’ve followed up with our cleaning team regarding the floors and added a mop for guest convenience. We also checked the A/C and confirmed it was functioning properly. Signage in the home notes that the thermostat cannot be set below 72 degrees to help protect the system, and we’ve updated the listing to make this clearer for future guests. We service the pool twice weekly, and after your concerns were reported, we completed an additional cleaning. We’ve also repaired and replaced the pool robot and skimmer. Exterior Ring cameras are disclosed in the listing and are installed for safety purposes only. We appreciate the opportunity to continue improving the guest experience.
