Perfect location for our purposes. We were close enough to the Parkway that we could walk anywhere we desired. There is a trolley stop right by the driveway; we never got the timing down but would be convenient for people who didn't want to walk half a mile uphill. Driving to the National Park for hikes was also very convenient as you can take the back road and avoid Parkway traffic (and pedestrians!). The cabin was clean and well stocked with all essential appliances and general tools - bring your own toiletries and condiments. Hot tub was lovely and on an enclosed back porch. While you could see people if you tried it never felt public. There is a stream running behind the cabin that flows strongly and the rushing water sounds drown out most anything. Good water pressure in the shower and plenty of towels provided! Bed was comfortable. Easy check in/check out.
This is the first place I have rented off of Vrbo and everything worked as it should! Been to many other places where the fire place didn’t work and the hot tub was out. This was a very nice place to stay 10/10 best ever!
Stayed for a kid-free long weekend with my husband. We enjoyed the convenient location, great amenities and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Slight issue when we arrived with the check in code but the office responded immediately and resolved quickly. We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. Although we didn’t walk to downtown Gatlinburg it is a short walk down there and convenient if you want to avoid parking. The property was just as described and the pictures. The bed is very firm and the hot tub was the perfect addition for morning time. It was just what we needed for our anniversary trip! All communication came via.a text which made it convenient for check in. We didn’t have any issues and it was stocked with enough towels for the weekend. We didn’t utilize the kitchen but it is fully stocked and if we had decided to cook we would’ve had everything we needed! We recommend this property!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
50-year anniversary
Pros: very nice knotty Pine interior, good bed, nice fireplace
nice appliances.
Cons: No shampoo or hair drier--- Wife no happy!! Hot tub cover needs to be replaced--water logged making it extremely heavy.
We have been to Gatlinburg countless times & always love staying close to the strip for convenience! This cabin is in the perfect spot - far enough to have the quiet, cabin feel but within walking distance to strip! The cabin was super easy to check in to & was clean and ready upon arrival! We would definitely stay here again!
pros: easy check in/out, so close to parkway, super clean, quiet area, nice back deck, spacious for 2 people, creek sound in back is relaxing, nice to have streaming services and cable channels on tv, shower heats up fast and stays warm
cons:: couch is super loud, bed is uncomfortable (but big), not the best view across the street, squeaky/loud doors
i’m always worried about bugs in cabins and i was happy that it was so clean with none to be found. hot tub, jacuzzi tub and location are the biggest pros, our main complaints were the couch and bed, but it’s so easy to get to parkway that i would still go back for that reason. and i definitely suggest walking or taking the trolley to gatlinburg because traffic is a nightmare and parking is expensive.
We ended up in a severe family emergency. My 12 year old was on life support and 2 days before we were supposed to leave. We were able to call, explain the situation and they are working with us to re-schedule. In a moment of chaos their understanding meant the world to us. With all the positive reviews for this property we can’t wait to get it re-scheduled!
Overall good experience. Pool is to far away. Drawer was broken so hard to open but they did offer to come fix next day. This property literally has bare minimum. Could use an update for appliances. Do not touch run dishwasher at night it is LOUD!! Street noise from traffic is loud as well. It is walking distance to downtown. But it’s a good distance to walk. If you aren’t used to walking a lot it will be a struggle. Overall good for a place to sleep. If you plan on cooking I would recommend bringing all the things with you. And charcoal for the grill, which is a park grill not a regular grill.
