Toronto visit

The house was very clean and organized. And the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The surrounding area also had a lot of shops and places to eat.

Booking first time with VRBO and traveling with family I was nervous, but thankfully everything here was exactly as described and the property manager was very easy to chat with. The location is ideal since it's a short drive to so many grocery stores and coffee shops. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The garage space is excellent and easily fits two SUVs indoors. The house is not dingy like some other hotels in the area. The natural light and privacy really made us feel at home.My only feedback is the pink room upstairs had a really stiff mattress, it was as hard as the ground so we found it easier to sleep on the sofa bed instead.All in all excellent option if you're looking to stay in the area.

The townhouse was beautiful. There were other issues that were disappointing. The shower curtain in the hallway bathroom upstairs kept falling down. It fell down 3 times. Once it just fell while daughter was sitting on the toilet and almost hit her in the head! The towels provided were so rough they were rougher than burlap. My towels were so rough that I could not like my skin with them I had to dab my skin dry! I had to purchase towels and washcloth to use! There were no hand towels or paper towels in the bathrooms to dry your hands with. I had to purchase paper towels for the bathrooms. Especially since the host says that the bathroom floors are not waterproof and not to get water on the floor but yet did not provide hand towels or paper towel to even dry hands There were no top sheets on the beds only comforters. We also were required to wash the towels that we used and place them back on the beds that we had used. So I question why put clean towels on a soiled bed and comforter? I am praying that they will wash the soiled sheets pillowcases and comforters That we use as well as the towels that we washed and put back on those soiled comforters. Last but not least, Trash sorting Paper plastic and garbage. Without providing the bins in the kitchen, to make sorting easier. If I had known all of the stipulations prior to the cancelation date, I would have booked this unit. It was a beautiful home but lacked basic amenities needed for a smooth stay.

Beautiful Boho for sure

This was our first time renting a Vrbo, and we were very happy with our decision. Myself, my 3 kids (10,13,16), my mother, my sister and her spouse as well as 6 year old all stayed here. Check in was a breeze and went exactly as described. Communication with the owner in the weeks up to and day of was always prompt and pleasant. Very detailed as well. The home was beautiful! Clean, bright. It had room for all of us to spread out and so many bathrooms there was no arguing or waiting (such a nice change from home). The location was easy to find, although the neighborhood can be a little confusing if you dont play close attention. 2 cars fit in the garage. Overall it was clean, safe and quiet. A perfect place for the family. We will certainly book again when we visit Toronto again!

Unfortunately, my experience at this Airbnb did not meet expectations. While the house was as clean, and had beds to sleep us all there were several issues that affected our stay: It had stated that their was a hot tub in the amenities and when we got there, it had no hot tub. This was the number one reason we booked this place. Also did not have enough towels for 12 people. Had no towels in the kitchen, no coffee maker or toaster. I contacted the host about the hot tub issue only. But they were no open to resolve the issue. I feel we should of been compensated part of a night stay as we were miss led. The owners were only willing to refund us 20
