The outdoor property is gorgeous down by the river. It is mainly Rocky with little waterfalls. Swimming in the River can be slippery though. Bring water shoes. There is very little yard space because it is surrounded by trees. Which it's great for privacy. The house does have an odor. In case you're nose sensitive. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors.

The location of this cabin was nice in that you have the beautiful stream behind the property and that you’re about 30 minutes from old forge and Boonville. But aside from the location, cleanliness was a major issue that needs improvement. The shower was very poorly cleaned and I counted 10 hairs in it. Worse was the fact that there were ants (small ones) occasionally in the kitchen, but worst of all, there are mice in the house. We left a glass out over night in the kitchen and found evidence of mice excrement in the cup in the morning. Also the kitchen was lacking in some basic needs (chef knives), measuring cup, paper towels, etc.
