The main living space including kitchen and master bedroom are all on one side of the screen porch and includes central air conditioning, nicely stocked kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TVs and Wifi. On the other side of the porch, you’ll find the remaining two bedrooms and a bath plus the washer/dryer with 2 window A/C units. The family will enjoy the open back yard with outside shower to rise off the beach sand and a Gas Grill. Super location nestled in the quiet community of Bethany West offering outdoor pools, fitness center, playground and tennis courts ($30 recreation fee to use community amenities). Includes one Bethany town parking permit or take the Bethany Trolley to enjoy the surf and sand and downtown Bethany Beach! Just the place to escape the hustle and bustle and vacation with family and friends.
