This place is comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and not far from the action. Good if you are on a budget and just need some beds. If you have small kids or mobility issues, note the very steep and narrow spiral taircase.

We enjoyed our time although the cupboards were poorly stocked. (no hot pads, the salt was empty) Also this is a half house and the sound carries easily through the wall. Quiet setting.
There were six of us ladies driving to NYC and it was the perfect place to stay and break up our drive. Plenty of room for everyone and a great restaurant down the street. I'd stay again.
The home was beautiful and perfect for us. We had a wonderful time cooking and playing board games together. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home.
Updated townhouse with lots of beds -- great for girlfriend getaway. Walking distance to town, and down the street from Meeting House restaurant which was great for dinner. Only one parking spot and street parking is permit only, so additional cars may need to park in the lot near Meeting House.
What a great space to host a group! We spent a night at the property for our daughter’s 13th birthday, and it was perfect for our group of 8. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location was an easy walk to fun restaurants and stores. We had a wonderful dinner at La Mezzaluna, including an unexpected operatic serenade for my daughter for her birthday. Highly recommend the property as well as the restaurant!

A few things to modify. The range/stove does not work. And there is an error that could be gas related. No shampoo or soap for showers. No hairdryers Towels are very old, worn, stained and small. I suggest getting new ones. Parking very difficult since it is a shared driveway to get to. We parked on the street. The upper bedroom has a tiny spiral staircase so it was challenging to get to. No keurig. No coffee or filters to make coffee.
This was a very good base for walking to campus and restaurants. Plenty of bed space for all. A few items needed in the house but overall good set up. The surrounding block is very much mid gentrification but feels safe.
Home (duplex) has been completely renovated and nicely furnished. 6-7 blocks from princeton and downtown area. Safe to walk at night and if you dont mind a little walking you can get by without a car. Tons to do and see.
This was a great place to stay for a weekend. My friends and I all chose Princeton since it was a halfway mark for us. The house was really well set up, lots of room, and decorated in a cute way. Bel was great with communicating when I asked questions regarding the property. I recommend!!

Our property was listed as having 7 beds. However, there were only six - we were missing an entire queen bed. After finally getting in touch with the host contact, someone came by and dropped off a bed frame in a box with no mattress and left. It was very frustrating because I had to help with a wedding all day and could not be at the house to try to deal witht this. Because of the discrepancy in the listing, two people in my group had to get a last minute hotel room in Princeton which was very pricey and could have been avoided if the property were as listed or if they had come to rectify the situation for us. If I had known prior to checking in that the contractors had moved a bed out, then we could have avoided this stressful situation.
We, stayed one night while moving my daughter into her apartment. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen is nice. Everything was as described. My only concern during my stay was the air conditioning was set at 61 degrees F, and we could not change the setting. It felt very cold to us, but it was 88 F outside, so it was definitely better than nothing.
Great location to downtown Princeton, shops, and restaurants. Has a lot of beds and can accommodate a lot of people. Has a narrow spiral staircase to top floor bedrooms that would be difficult for elderly and can be slippery. The room with the bunk bed is small and can get warm (doesn't have its own AC unit). But for the number of people the place can accommodate (8 separate beds) this is a good rate. If you have a lot of guests make note that there is only one shower, and the second bathroom is on the first floor (with the bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors). I would not describe the decor and amenities as luxury, but it is a fine rental that suited our family very well.
Convenient and comfortable, but probably would not rebook
The home itself inside was very clean, beautifully updated, well furnished with comfy beds, however the outdoor space and neighborhood was very rundown and disappointing I now understand why no outside pictures were included because it would have influenced my decision to book.
The communication with the host was unfortunately not consistent or very good. This perhaps was the most disappointing to me - more so than the neighborhood. Initially when I booked, I wrote an introductory email as it recommended at booking and heard back nothing. In that email I asked an important question I needed answered for our arrival.
Several weeks out I inquired - again - about my check in question as we would be arriving late — again no response. I had to contact VRBO and then eventually heard back from Bel at their prompting.
When I got the check in info 3 days prior, the address was not included so I had to message her. Based on prior experience it caused a lot of unnecessary stress. She did apologize. However in that check-in email she didn’t let me know about parking or any information about check out. She did respond promptly to both of those, however when we had an issue with the toilet on day 2, no response again.
Should you rent the property, arrive during the day or you will have a difficult finding the home as it was pitch black with no outside lighting and the house number is hidden from the street and you’d never know the parking was in the back.
