Our cozy apartment is in a peaceful, leafy neighbourhood, with sunny interiors and a private balcony that’s perfect for your morning coffee or a chilled-out evening.

It’s just a 5-minute walk to Petersham Train Station, so you’re only 15 minutes from the city, and a 7-minute drive to the lively streets of Newtown. You’ll also find great local cafes and dining spots just steps away.

This is a great base for exploring Sydney or simply relaxing and enjoying the inner west. Make yourself at home!

We spent a week in Simon’s apartment in Petersham during a visit to see family. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, north facing and full of light. As we were travelling by car, it was great to have parking available.

Simon's place was perfect for our stay in Sydney. The location is fairly close to the airport so getting a ride to and from was a lot more affordable than we expected. The location itself is great, being only two streets away from a train station and having some shops and eateries nearby. Getting to and from the city was very easy either by train or by Uber. Check-in was incredibly easy and the apartment is bright, airy and clean albeit probably needing a bit of maintenance TLC. We used the washer and dryer, smart tv and aircon during our stay and had no problems at all. The garage parking was also a bonus as we had a friend drive down to stay with us.We had a very comfortable stay here and would highly recommend Simon's place for anyone looking for a short stay in Sydney. We would absolutely book this again if we are back next year!
